There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host had given the necessary instructions without checking in and we were able to check in quickly. Being in the residence was also important in terms of safety and having indoor parking. Only because there was new construction around it, the wayways were broken. While we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But you can easily come from the highway with a direct connection. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard, while the glass and balcony door are open, apart from that, when the windows are closed, there is no noise in the house. We were satisfied. Thank you to the host.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this flat in Istanbul! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around the city. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring. The host was also very helpful and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Everything was very high quality with modern, technical equipment and classic furniture, everything you needed was there, but it was like staying at a different time. In the middle of the most beautiful part of Balat, where the colorful houses stand. After a busy day in the crowd of Istanbul, it was always like a refuge where you could sit back comfortably and safely. Thank you very much for this wonderful offer to stay in Istanbul. We had a wonderful stay at this Beautiful Traditional Turkish house. The house is very clean and spacious. There were 3 of us, so each had a separate bedroom. The location is good and safe. The locals are friendly and welcoming. Chris is a wonderful host and he was quick to respond and solve problems. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Istanbul!

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

nice place to stay, location is perfect and the home is better than expected

For our whole stay, we were entranced by the view from Saim's apartment. From the balcony or the sunny living room, you have a great view of the Bosphorus and all the boats coming and going. I cannot say enough about how this enhanced our stay. When we had a small problem, Saim was quick to send a repair person. He also gave recommendations for things to do. The apartment is very close to public transportation, though it is more than 200 steps up from the main street where the trams, buses and ferries are. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would certainly want to stay at Saim's place again.

We had the most wonderful time in Dehan‘s place. Fantastic view and good location to explore the city. The Tünel station is on your doorstep. Only disadvantage is the 5 stories staircase and no lift. Area also up on hill, not far from Galata Tour. You have to be pretty fit. But worth the effort. Most enjoyable if you are interested in getting to know the city Istanbul!

The location of the house was really great. It was quite impressive in terms of both design and cleanliness. Since the bathroom and toilet are together, a little water can splash around after a shower, so it may be helpful to have slippers with you. Also, since the building is old, the sound insulation is not very good and there may be noise from time to time from the apartment upstairs. But this was not an uncomfortable situation for us. You might want to consider this if you are sensitive to sound though. The hosts were extremely caring and helpful, very responsive to every question we had. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, we would definitely consider choosing it again.

The apartment was great, everything was very clean and the location was great. The only thing I didn't like was that you couldn't open the windows.

Had a wonderful stay, clean and spacious rooms, with each one nearly identical with their own bathrooms. Easy to get into and a wonderful location, close to coffee, restaurants, the ferry, and stores. Host was very responsive! lots of stairs, which matches the city on a hillside 😉

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!
