Excellent host, friendly and attentive to help with whatever you need. The location is perfect because you have all accessible sights. It's a friendly and festive area.

The room and bathroom are a little bigger than the pictures and very clean. There are basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, olive oil, etc., and it was convenient to have a microwave. The Marmara sea view was relaxing and wonderful. The terrace chairs are very plush and comfortable. Carrefour Mart is an 8-minute walk and the bus and train is a 10-minute walk away. If you take the train two or three stops (about 10 minutes), it's right in the center of the old town. The host welcomed us in person and was a nice person who was very kind and considerate. Super comfortable quiet clean place. Lots of restaurants and shopping stuff around. Good kitchen amenities. Would definitely come here once again when in Istanbul. Enes is a great host, proactive and fast responses. Thanks for hosting us

Absolutely stunning apartment. Exactly like the photos. We had to book last minute as our reserved accommodation let us down and Edis was so helpful and responsive! It was a huge relief to find somewhere so comfortable. Lovely to come back to at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Our visit was short but we felt right at home. Location is great with easy to walk to places and safe.

Everything was very nice

I had a lot of help from the owner during my 5 nights and 6 days stay. The location of AirbinNB was perfect for families. I highly recommend it for families with children. There is a playground and a small park right in front of the house. It is very convenient for cooking and doing laundry . There are many stores nearby, so there was no problem with grocery shopping. It is possible to walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia in about 15 minutes. very nice location for tourist

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Ali’s house. It is clean and well equipped. The location is magnificent, everything is around you. Shops, restaurants, cafes, and the lovely sea view are just within walking distance (5-10 minutes). I certainly would stay in this house again.

I stayed in so many places, now the only place I will stay is obvious. It was incredibly beautiful. The host's beautiful face and smooth answers were incredible. It was a quiet and beautiful place, close to everywhere. We got around easily. The house was hygienic. If I talk about it again, you can be sure that it is my only address now. I recommend it to everyone...

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. The breathtaking view of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, the access to the metro and the shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

I've enjoyed my stay at Nuri's place very much. The place is safe, beautiful and cozy, very close to Metro and tram, located perfectly near business and trading areas, with a nice view and balcony. Nuri is a really nice guy and was so helpful and responsive and has helped me throughout my stay. I highly recommend staying at Nuri's place.
