Holiday rentals with beach access in Heybeliada

Nihat was a very gracious host— we all felt right at home. The recommendations provided regarding restaurants and sights were perfect, and Nihat responded very promptly to any questions we had. The location was amazing, with close proximity to Galata Tower and a variety of shops and cafes. A great place to stay in a beautiful city.

Pera's place is very nice, comfortable and well located. There is a beautiful park and the seaside nearby, good transport connections within the Asian part and to the European part, plenty of shopping and eating out opportunities. Pera was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!

No wonder Mr. Sefa has such a high rate. He was absolutely helpful and kind. The apartment was just like the photos, the kitchen has everything you need. There is a big parking garage underground which was so important for me. The building is safe and secured as we were with our child we felt safe. I would absolutely recommend this apartment If you are looking for a place in the Asian side of Istanbul

A very beautiful house on a quiet street in 5 minutes by car to the train station and Kadıköy center in Kadıköy. The house is spacious, clean and well-maintained. There's a quick response when you need help or when you have a question. For a place to stay, it's so well-maintained, and centrally located, it's worth the price.

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Furkan's place. The view of the apartment is great and the amenities solid. In addition, you can get to the tram station very quickly, via which you can quickly reach the Emiönü stations. If you book this apartment, it should be noted that it is right in front of a mosque and on the other side is a large main street. Due to the car noise, it is therefore very noisy on the balcony. All in all, the place is highly recommended.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

We were greeted by Mucahits father, very hospitable and came running with some fresh simit when we arrived. Although he spoke very little English he did his best to make us feel at home. Apartment was fine especially for the price.
