Christian is a super friendly host who cares about his guests' comfort. The communication was great and the apartment is also beautifully and modernly furnished. We definitely had a very pleasant stay on our way to our vacation.

The accommodation was very clean, quiet and everything was available for a short trip. Arkadius was very friendly and helpful and welcomed us very kindly. We also got tips on how to get to the festival most cheaply (we were there for Rock im Park). The only drawback is that a parking space is available for free, but this only applies on weekends, as it is a public parking space. Arkadius was kind enough to give us a parking meter, but if you park on weekdays, you always have to remember to reset it. Otherwise, everything is great and I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay in Masha's apartment. Everything matches the description, the apartment is very nicely furnished and everything is very clean. The location is great for exploring Franken. Beautiful cities and many cellars (beer gardens) are easily accessible.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in the area around the Walberla, you have come to the right place! The apartment offers everything you need. A comfortable bed, a sofa with TV if the weather does not cooperate and quick options to reach a train station on foot. Check-in was flexible with us and the hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back if we need a place to stay nearby.

A very nice old house with great decor. It's beautiful. Rike is very friendly and spoke to us in impeccable French. It was very nice and surprising. The house is very clean. The village is very quiet and all necessities are available in the village next door. I highly recommend this beautiful meeting.

We (my wife, daughter, dog and I) spent a very nice Pentecost weekend in the delightful apartment of Hanna and Martin. The apartment is immaculately clean, stylishly furnished, very well equipped and located in the picturesque Kraftshof. From there you can make very nice excursions to Nuremberg, but also to Bamberg, etc. Communication with Hanna was just as easy and friendly! When we are back in the area, we will definitely stay with Hanna and Martin again!

Great host! Tanja’s apartment was comfortable, well appointed and nicely furnished and decorated. Tanja herself was friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. This was our last stop in Germany before heading home after our son’s wedding and was the relaxing stop we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful.

There were three of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable there. The amenities are great and also suitable for a longer stay. In good weather, we enjoyed the space in front of the apartment. The location is ideal for day trips to the city and the surrounding area.

The apartment is located in the heart of Erlangen. It is very nicely decorated and well equipped. A small children's play corner in the living room is also there. Communication was also great. We will be happy to come back.

A great place to stay for a weekend in Bamberg. Everything is really available in terms of equipment. If you arrive late, you should definitely use the parking spaces in the underground car park. We will be back next year!!!

We booked Stefan and Gülay's apartment at very short notice. The communication was incredibly fast and very pleasant. The accommodation is located in the middle of the old town and is highly recommended. Everything is tasteful, carefully and stylishly furnished - just as shown in the pictures. Access by car, parking, etc. are easily feasible as described. We would come back anytime!

Our stay was completely relaxed and just right to just switch off. The place is very nicely designed – perfect for a cozy weekend for two. We can particularly recommend the saunas, which made the stay even more special. Mr. Ulm was a great host and took very warm care of our well-being. Also the "small supermarket" on site was super convenient – there you really get everything you need for meals and at absolutely fair prices. We highly recommend the stay!

We used the apartment together with my husband both for the wedding preparation (my sister – at the same time my maid of honor – and I) and for the night after the party and were completely thrilled! Even at check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Nia – she was super friendly, accommodating and immediately took care of making us feel comfortable. When she learned that we were getting married, she even offered us quite simply to stay longer in the apartment on the day of departure – a really generous and accommodating gesture that made us start the day very relaxed. The apartment itself was clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped – we had everything we needed and felt comfortable from the first moment. The hot tub in the garden is a real highlight! Location was also ideal. Thank you very much, Nia – for your warm manner and the beautiful apartment, which became part of our special day!

We had a nice short stay at Dario's. The communication was great and we were personally received. Dario had a few good tips for us to go out to eat. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly to the subway.

Check-in was hassle-free, we were allowed to use a parking bay directly. The apartment was very nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was really super equipped - everything you needed was easy to find. There is still a 2nd small apartment, Liz also lives in the house - that's just good to know. There was a nicely landscaped chicken coop that was very enthusiastic with our son. It is recommended to have the whirlpool explained in peace. Surroundings is quiet and the view beautiful - here you can relax! A trip to the zoo or Playmobil-Funpark can highly recommend. In the Playmobil Funpark, take change gear with you - because there is a lot to play with water. Liz was friendly and available for questions.

Everything worked smoothly, Sarah and Manuel were very helpful and friendly, I can only recommend it.
