Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Henderson

Super easy all around, especially parking which was a breeze. It was 107 degrees while I was here for work but the apartment stayed nice and cool. I hope to never come to Las Vegas again lol but if I did, I would stay here.

This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I felt safe in the area. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities listed. Mayra was also very kind and responsive to my questions. She responds relatively quick. I would definitely stay again

I had a great experience staying for two weeks at Comely's lovely apartment. She had everything you could possibly want or need available - bottled water, tea, cleaning supplies, cooking necessities, even candles and air fresheners - at the ready. She answered my questions quickly and helped me get settled in once I arrived. The bed was comfy and so was the living room. I felt right at home. Others have mentioned the air conditioning noise - and it is unusually loud when it flips on. You need air conditioning in Las Vegas! But that was a very minor issue and certainly would not deter me from booking this lovely place again on my next trip to the area. Thank you, Comely!!

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The place was spotless, exactly as described in the listing, and located in a great spot—just minutes from the Strip. We felt right at home and will definitely be booking again for our next trip. Highly recommend!

Good place to stay, close to the strip

Great location. Clean place, just as the pictures show. The balcony is a nice touch that we don’t normally get in Vegas. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our first time in Vegas at Patrick’s condo at the Signature. Everything was exactly as expected. The indoor walk to MGM grand is quick. From MGM Grand you can easily walk over to New York New York and Excalibur. Easy walk outdoors to the strip as well. We used the valet and there was never a wait. Getting Lyft and Ubers was very easy as well. I would highly recommend staying here and hope we have an opportunity to return.

Definitely a place to come back to. Walkable to the action, a restful time at the pool, or stay in like your home working. We used the cookware for breakfast/lunch and joined the strip for the abundance of dinner options. Clean and easy check in and out.

I can't express enough the appreciation for Greg and his accommodations. He's thought of everything to make his guests stay as comfortable as possible. This is my first review and Greg deserves it. Clear instructions and VERY responsive with messages. Forget to bring coffee? Greg has you covered. Coffee sweetener /creamer, he's got you covered on that as well. He even has a snack drawer ready for his guests consisting of protein bars, assorted cereal bowls, chips, cookies, etc... He's even gone so far as to have a jar of facial cleanser/makeup remover towelettes in the bathroom. It's as great as it sounds and you couldn't be any closer to the elevator in Greg's 29th floor unit. Our flight arrived very early and then our return flight was delayed. Because the Suite was not occupied the day before and already clean, Greg let us occupy it much earlier than he needed to. When we ask for a late check out due to the delayed flight, Greg did what he could to help us out there. Thanks, Greg!

This was a huge upgrade from the room we stayed at last year at Plams Place, Michael's was top notch one of the best I've ever stayed in, felt like a million bucks in how maintained and well the overall location was. Loved the balcony views of the strip from afar. The stand alone soaking tub in the bedroom was amazing and overall made a getaway for myself and my wife abosultley amazing! I would 100% rent again! One note outside of the review and nothing to do with Michael's place but overall Palms Place the elevator for this location was horrible it took on average 5-10 minutes to even get an elevator that you could get on because they were constantly full and only had one or two working but the staff said none were down. Nearly missed my uber ride due to this issue. But overall it seemed to be a building issue and didn't have the same last year so not sure what happened either way I was very impressed with the stay and can't wait to return next year!

Look no further. I won’t gate keep. From the moment I reached out to Peter, he was very helpful with my requests. Arriving to the property we were greeted by respectful employees . The check in process was very simple and easy. When we arrived to the suite it was up to standard. Beautiful. Hands down the best place we stayed. It’s a 1 bedroom but easily can be used as a 2bd. It’s so big and ample. The balcony was wrap around and had the most amazing views. My family of four consists my husband and our three year old twins . The twins fit right in and made themselves at home. We all had a bitter sweet goodbye. Peter’s place has easily turned into our vacation home for each time we visit Las Vegas! Hope to see you again in September.

Host was wonderful. Informative, responsive, and engaging. The ability to check in early was amazing. Close enough to the strip to enjoy the amenities, far enough to feel at peace at the end of every night.

This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

To me this is always a 5 star place. This is my 5th time returning to this place. Fantastic and cozy place.

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the decor quite charming. The backyard was spacious and incredibly pretty. In addition to the large kitchen, there is a nice grill on the back patio. Everything was as expected. One thing to note: there are indoor noise detectors (we found that out after getting back from karaoke and having the fun carry over for one rather sloshed group member), so do not book here if you plan to have loud indoor events.

Great location for getting from and to the airport, and close to strip (12 min.) too. Nice neighborhood, but it’s off a fairly busy street with some car noise. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The house is roomy and comfortable. Definitely recommend it for families, but also great for multiple people. Its location also makes it perfect for people who don’t want to rent a vehicle as Uber or Lyft should be affordable. Our host Ava was great and quick to respond to my questions.

It was a great place to stay near the strip. Private pool was wonderful. The guys enjoyed the game room. It was well stocked with necessary items. We loved it.

The self check-in process was easy. The home was very clean and spacious. Located on a cul-de-sac so it felt private and peaceful. Close to Allegiant Stadium, the Strip, and outlets/stores. Bonus that it is pet-friendly! Would definitely recommend staying at this home again!

We had an amazing stay at Dwight’s villa in Las Vegas – 2 couples and a toddler. The house is clean, spacious, and incredibly well equipped: full kitchen, coffee machine, spices, baby gear (crib, monitor, high chair), and even welcome treats like Ferrero Rocher and water bottles. The pool is huge, the game room is awesome with a full-size pool table and tons of board games. AC works perfectly, and the beds, pillows, and blankets were all great. Plenty of parking and only 16 minutes from the Strip! Dwight responded fast to every message and even approved late checkout for free. Keyless entry made everything easy. This place is even better than the photos. With over 350 reviews and a 4.94 rating, we expected it to be good – but it was truly outstanding. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Thank you Dwight – we’ll definitely be back!
