Great host and hotel staff, good location, large comfy room, nice pool, and ample parking. Solid affordable choice that's about a $10 uber ride to anywhere on the strip. Would book again.

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ this place looked identical to the photos! Our couple friends and us did a couples weekend. They booked another room and I have to say their room just looked like the normal hotel, nothing special. Ours had great added touches that just made the stay that much better! Hosts were easy to ask questions. Check in was a breeze. My wife loved that valet parking was included in our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

Very nice place looking exactly like on the pictures, maybe even better. Colleen’s communication was always very friendly and she was really helpful. The area is absolutely walkable from the city center.

Amazing spot to visit Las vegas, its close to everything you want to do. Nicole is super helpful with everything. very peaceful, with easy parking. great night view of the city skyline. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Tina's place was amazing. She was incredibly communicative and flexible with our arrival time. The place was better than expected. The pool is wonderful to relax in and the covered outdoor furniture gives you flexibility throughout the full day, plus had a newer grill. Also, a few walkable restaurants and gas stations/convenience stores nearby. We recommend Mr. Mama's! While not on the strip, it is not a short drive to many restaurants, the strip, or the airport. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

We stayed at Anton's for a bachelorette party of 7. It was very spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the central air conditioning from the desert heat. Loved the art work that elevated the home. Highly recommend for any group! We spent most of mornings in the kitchen so it would've been nice to have a bigger round table there but that's our personal preference. The kitchen had all the amenities and supplies we needed except for baking sheets. We managed though! The dining room was great for our chef dinner. We didn't get to use the pool as much as we'd like but great outdoor space and I could see it being awesome for big group fun. The beds were so comfortable for all sleepers in our group. The shower water pressure could be increased but overall we were satisfied with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. There was an incident with the detached bathroom water which Anton was responsive to and it cleared itself up so we didn't let that dampen our experience. Great stay!

Ryan’s house was perfect for our group of 8! There’s two roll away beds in the master closet, so everyone slept comfortably. The private pool and hot tub were super nice to relax in! The house is located super close to the strip and Allegiant Stadium so there was a lot to do and explore. Ryan was a super responsive host and made sure we had all the information we needed when checking in and out. We enjoyed our stay!

Had a great stay at Matt’s location. Had great communication with him, when asked if I can check in a bit earlier he made sure to get back to me on a timely manner with a response. The house overall was great! In a quiet, peaceful area. It was clean and very comfortable. Lots of shopping centers/restaurants close by. I would definitely recommends Matt’s home! 10/10

Shelley’s place is as good as before. Quiet but convenient. Spacious and has everything we need. Will highly recommend to anyone visiting Vegas!

So far the best place we’ve stayed! Very spacious, well equiped and well supplied. Beautifully designed house that is excellent for large groups. Peaceful neighborhood and fantastic location. Host Elise and co-host Shary are indeed super host.

Eriberto's place is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. It feels safe in this working class neighborhood. The apartment is just a block away from the many restaurants and services of Chinatown. The apartment while not being fancy is clean, quiet and very functional. The price Eriberto charges is very fair.

Everything was as pictured. Rich is a great host and very responsive. He answered when I arrived late at night with questions. Thank you for being a great host.

Our stay was perfect with our 2 little ones and family. We had a great time and this is going to be our go - to place for all Vegas trips!

What a wonderful space. The view of the Sphere from the balcony was amazing. We loved having a kitchen. The close proximity to the monorail, made it so convenient to get to the convention center. Donna is a spectacular host. She is so responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She has great tips for food, transportation, and activities. We highly recommend Donna and the space.

Great place to stay!

Went for three nights with my wife and two kids. The views from the room were amazing. Easy walk to Bellagio, Aria, and the strip. Really a fantastic spot. Checking in and out was very easy. Highly recommend this spot.

Lissie was so sweet and helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. She greeted us when we first arrived and helped bring our bags in, I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I loved the location of the room and would be interested in staying again!
