Hunters place was amazing, he was super helpful and responsive. The apartment was very nice and luxurious, plenty of space. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend to everyone.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend with my mom and a couple girlfriends, and we had the best time! The location is great—super easy to get Uber Eats and rideshare drop-offs (just make sure to tell them which tower you’re in). Check-in was smooth and quick, no hiccups. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The bathroom setup is gorgeous—huge plus. Even though it’s not on a high floor, the view was still nice, and honestly, it was super convenient not waiting long for elevators. The fact that there were no daily resort fees saved us a ton, especially compared to booking directly through MGM. I never was an Airbnb person for Vegas. I always wanted to be on the strip, etc., especially in college, but this was awesome because I had the space of my apartment or bigger without the extra fees and a kitchen so I’m definitely going to do it again because it’s still on the strip and part of the MGM! Would 100% stay here again

Had a great experience here—needed a place for a long-term stay and this condo was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, close to everything you need, only about 15ish min to the strip and the airport. The condo itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had great storage space, which made settling in so much easier. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful—anytime we had a question or small issue, they were quick to respond and resolve it right away. We really appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Carmen's place. The cleanliness and the accommodations were best than an hotel. Plenty parking spaces next to the accommodation. Next time I go to Vegas, I hope I can stay there again.

I was traveling from India to Vegas to join for my new project assignment. I was hoping to get hotel or Airbnb closure to my office for temporary accommodation and am glad I found Stephanie’s place. Apartment was so cozy and felt like home as soon as I entered after a long journey. Instructions were very clear and place was super clean, am really thankful that she offered a complimentary cleaning services during my stay as it was a long stay. She also was very responsive and shared local recommendations for me to explore. I would definitely recommend this place as this is really in minutes distance to strip and many other city attractions. Thanks you Stephanie for making feel like home in other country.

This is a wonderful nested spot in the Palms, and believe me, compared to newer Casinos like Park MGM, this spot is the clear winner. It was very cozy and the aesthetics inside the place are modern, luxurious and beautiful. Highly highly recommend!

Easy stay! There was a few things that maybe could use some updating (normal wear) other wise for the price, location, view, accessibility to restaurants, access to easy concierge, and responsiveness of Elad this was an amazing stay!

This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I felt safe in the area. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities listed. Mayra was also very kind and responsive to my questions. She responds relatively quick. I would definitely stay again

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.
