Townhome holiday rentals in Helen

Absolutely loved the townhouse! Was super quiet from the town hustle and bustle. The only thing I'd recommend would be bring your own toilet paper and pillows if you want a stiff pillow. Otherwise, the place was awesome! Will definitely consider staying again next year!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was such a peaceful place with beautiful surroundings. The cabin itself is not luxury, but has the essentials and is exactly how it is described. The first 2 nights we stayed it was only 3 of us, but is was 5 of us on our last night until we continued our next leg of the trip. I will say we felt a little cramped as the living room is small, but the sleeping space is fine. So if you are a larger party, keep this in mind. Also, there is only one bathroom and it is downstairs...so if you need to use it in the middle of the night, you have to trek downstairs and potentially disturb anyone sleeping in the sofabed. One Having said that, the natural surroundings make up for the lack of indoor space. There is also a grill for each unit (the cabin is 3 attached units), and a few sitting areas with a fire place through out. It is very peaceful and I would stay there again.

Great place to stay in Franklin. It is not supreme luxury but it is very livable without the stress of being in a showplace. Convenient to all local attractions and necessities. Well stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, etc). Ample clean linens. Clean comfortable bed. Host was very responsive.

We had alot of fun here also brought our dog. It is a great location right in the middle of beautiful mountains. great getaway to feel off the grid from all the crazyniess. Not to mention the amazing hiking trails very nearby! loved this area and cabin!

Our family had the best time in Helen. The home was cozy and within walking distance to the Main Street. It was equipped with all of the basic necessities and super clean. I had the absolute best sleep in the second guest room! We wanted to have this trip as a little getaway for Christmas and I did not disappoint. The town of Helen is so cute and lit up in every way possible for Christmas! We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our second trip! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Evolve. We were in town for a baseball tournament and everyone enjoyed their stay. The home was super spacious and exactly as described. We would totally stay here again if in the Helen area!

The most perfect and quiet stay near Helen! We visited for a wedding at a nearby vineyard and several of the bridal party stayed at the Valhalla, so it was super convenient to be on the grounds of the resort. We were able to walk up the hill and enjoy the spa, pool, restaurants and golf course, and it was just a few moments drive to downtown Helen, and to nearby wineries and hiking trails. The townhome was lovely, clean, and extremely well equipped. There was nothing lacking. We will definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful weekend with our children. We fished most all of Saturday and Sunday. Caught many different fish. There is a bait shop located in between the town of Hartwell and the cabin. The guy that runs the place is really cool. Gave me fishing tips and set me up with shiners and minnows. I left my ride unattended for about 15 minutes and went up to the cabin to get a beer and came back and my rod was completely gone. I wish I would’ve caught that fish. My eight year-old ollie caught his first large fish largemouth bass. Southern heart brew pub in downtown Hartwell was really cool. Live band on Friday night. Kids loved it great food great times bought some craft beer there. Grilled out some giant ribeyes I bought from Ingles. The place was great had cool air. The grill is brand new and worked very well. A great little place. We may come back next year on the way up to Helen again. Thanks for sharing this place with us !!

This townhome was quiet and peaceful. Within a 10 minute walk to Helen Tubing. Well worth the walk so you don’t have to find parking space. Right on the river. Fishing and tubing was great! Would definitely stay again. Host was amazing and very friendly. Offering tubes for the river, and even a Ga park pass. 5 minute walk to a park to get into river with personal tubes. Would recommend this place to any small family wishing to have quiet family time together.

Inviting, peaceful location. Relax with ease, close to beautiful hikes and fun adventures. Excellent communication and made sure I settled in ok and if I needed anything to reach out. Little hidden gems that make you giggle when you find them. 😄

The place is fantastic! It had everything we needed. Many things to do within the home and out back. The place was well furnished, clean, and well equipped. Obviously, all we needed was to bring food. Everything else was provided. We will be renting again upon our next visit to Helen. Thank you Z!

The perfect spot, well priced, beautifully detailed, each suit has a great view and privacy. There’s so much to do and so much beauty in the surrounding neighborhood, Dylan provides a great guidebook, and the location itself is just as tranquil and beautiful for those that aren’t planning to venture out. Dylan was very accommodating , I would definitely book again! :)

Great location close to town, but uphill enough to be out of the crowd. The amenities (hot tub, fire pit and upstairs game area) are excellent for hanging out in the home!

Relaxing clean townhouse with beautiful views and close to all that Dahlonega & surrounding area has to offer! Enjoyed our stay!!

We had a fantastic time in Helen and the location of this condo was exactly what we wanted. It was very walkable to everything downtown has to offer. There are many parking lots in the area, including right next door, but luckily we left our car parked at the condo and walked to restaurants, bars, and activities. There are many restaurants within a few blocks, and located about 2 blocks behind the condo is the Fun Factory, where we walked with our kids and let them burn off some energy. The condo itself is very nice, certainly the nicest of the complex. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted by a nice foyer and the elevator. As 2 of the 3 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, we immediately put our bags in the elevator and rode up to the 3rd floor to drop off everything. It was great to accomplish it in one trip, instead of 7 trips via the stairs. The furniture is nice and comfortable, the wifi worked well throughout the unit, and everything was clean.

My wife and I absolutely loved Sona’s lake house. There’s ample space in a fully furnished lake front home. It is both private and easy accessible to the town of Hiawassee and surrounding areas. We stayed in late July. I caught bass and sunfish while fishing from the shoreline immediately in front of the home. The kitchen is well-equipped for dining at home if you like. We enjoyed breakfasts and lunches on the porch overlooking Lake Chatuge. We also prepared and ate a couple of dinners in the home as well. We would book Sona’s lake house again in a heartbeat.
