Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Heki

Our group of five had a very nice stay at this location. Nothing to complain. The Host and Co-Host were very friendly. We can imagine to come back one day.

What a fantastic stay! The accommodations were wonderful with comfortable beds, a great terrace, and ample space for our family of 5. However, the best part was the connections with Elizabeta’s family and others in the town. We can’t say enough about how welcoming and wonderful everyone was! We would 100% stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Great holiday home, has everything you need and it’s really nice to stay there. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the location is peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The host is very friendly, responds quickly, and is easy to communicate with. We recommend it and will definitely come back!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the house! Nevenka is a very kind host. Lots of recommendations & very good contact. The location is perfect for exploring Istria if you have a car. We got to every part of it in just 2 days! If the weather was better we would have used the pool! But we still swam in the sea thanks to Nevenka’s swimming spot recommendations!

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely family stay at Marija & Edo's place. The swimming pool and garden were a highlight and you get to enjoy it for yourself, a real treat. The garden with all the fruit & vegetables is very peaceful, and we got offered fresh produce regularly. The apartment is more spacious than the photos. The bedrooms were good sizes and the bathroom and kitchen well stocked. The hosts are very friendly and you have privacy too. We visited Rovinj, Porec, and the caves nearby. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is beautifully and modernly furnished and offers everything you need. The check-in went smoothly, even though we booked at short notice. The sauna in the bathroom is perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed it very much.

We have a great stay. We spend less days than we had planned cause of a family situation. Pero was very kind and his dad as well. The view is amazing, you can have breakfast on the terras and sit till late in the evening comfortable outside. The kitchen is big and the living spacious, a good bathroom and good beds. I hope someday we can come back.

We had a very nice stay in the "study", which is the smallest apartment, but more than sufficient for two people thanks to the generous layout and great amenities. Directly in front of the entrance area is a small balcony that points directly into nature - peace and good air included. Overall, the stone house is away from streets and places, but very easy to reach, check-in via Lina from the neighborhood was flexible and straightforward. The beautiful town of Groznjan is not far away both on foot and by car. The landlords Graziella and Jens are very nice and were always available if you wanted to have tips or ideas via the recommendations in the detailed welcome letter. A place to come back to.

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this fantastically beautiful accommodation in Labin. We traveled with five adults, two toddlers and a baby - and we didn't miss anything at all! The accommodation is exactly as described in the ad and shown in the pictures - maybe even more beautiful. The pool was a real highlight, especially with the fantastic view that we could enjoy every day. The furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired – everything was very clean, well-maintained and furnished with great attention to detail. The hosts welcomed us warmly and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us great tips for excursions and activities in the area, which made our vacation even more varied. We can fully recommend this place and would come back any time. Thank you for this wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation. The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.
