Although it is located in the city centre at 100m from the Gravensteen castle, it is surprisingly quiet and perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good night's sleep during your visit to the vibrant city of Ghent. Come relax and enjoy historic Middelburg, the sea and my cozy romantic cottage in the heart of Middelburg. During the week I live here myself, and on weekends I like to share my house with couples who love peace, space and good facilities to experience a wonderful weekend together. Built in 1840 and all modern amenities (complete kitchen, stove, luxury box spring, WiFi and television) are available to enjoy together so that you return home recharged and rested.

In the 180hectare Ryckeveldebos are nature walks, bike paths, heem garden and a fenced dog meadow with swimming pond. The former railway bed now serves as a cycling and hiking trail up to Bruges.
