We had a fantastic time it was absolutely as described the pool was warm and we made full use of the basement pool table and the amazing cinema. Stijin was there to greet us and explain everything about the property. There were 6 of us 4 adults and two children lots of space . Would highly recommend anybody to rent this place for a perfect stay in Gent

We stayed 2 nights with 7 people in Kris' Airbnb. The accommodation was exactly like the photos and we liked it very much. The house was beautifully spacious and had all the facilities / stuff you need. Think of the necessities for the barbecue, herbs, coffee, tea, etc. During our stay, we were lucky to have beautiful weather, so the swimming pool was perfect. The contact with Kris went smoothly and quickly. We also liked that the check-out time was flexible so we could leave at our leisure. We had a great stay where there was little to criticize. If you had to give a point of feedback, it is that 1 bathroom for 7 (or 8) people is actually just not enough. We knew this in advance, but a 2nd bathroom would be useful. Thanks again for everything! See you next time!

Beautiful location with a beautiful view over the meadows. Ghent and Bruges around the corner. Perfect base to enjoy. Daniel and Nathalie also respond quickly to messages. Absolutely recommended.

We were completely satisfied with the stay. Check-in would have been possible much earlier, the accommodation was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared upon arrival. The host was always quickly available to us and very helpful. The house itself is freshly renovated and ultra-modern. The garden is large and the beach is within walking distance. The parking for four vehicles directly at the house is also great. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend Grete and the accommodation without reservation.

We enjoyed our stay in Sylvia's cottage tremendously. What a beautiful place! The cottage is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The swimming pond is a wonderful addition - perfect for a refreshing swim. The contact with Sylvia was also very pleasant: friendly, fast and clear. We would definitely recommend this cottage to others!

The accommodation is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever been to! You feel right at home and comfortable. The interior and exterior are very tastefully decorated! Damme is an incredibly pretty and well-kept town. I can only recommend it! :)

We were in the house with a group of girls for a long weekend. The location is close to Ghent, so you can do something there but still super quiet and idyllic. Amenities were as described. The pool was great and you could relax and have breakfast and dinner on the terrace at the back. Dorine was very friendly and helpful and always available. We were very pleased!

I cannot say enough good things about Dennis and Bianca and their space! They welcomed us like we were family and their home is absolutely gorgeous! Pictures truly don’t do it justice. Dennis even gave us a tour of the molen which was greatly appreciated! I wish we could have stayed there our entire trip!

We spent 1 beautiful week at the accommodation. With a fantastic view of the fields and the garden as well as a friendly welcome by the nice hosts, we felt very comfortable. The accommodation is very well equipped, nicely furnished and quietly located. There are plenty of seats inside and outside the house. We especially liked the bench with a view of the field. All excursion destinations and shops were very easy and quick to reach by car. We can recommend the accommodation without restriction and would come back at any time if we were to vacation in the area again.

Nice little cottage in a bungalow park. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the time here and especially the garden. Internet is fast, kitchen fully equipped and a small welcome greeting was on the table upon our arrival. The infrared sauna is located in a tool shed and no towels are provided. Tourist tax is also charged separately. Many great excursion destinations and the sea are quickly accessible, Herkingen did not have much to offer for us.

My stay with Charlotte was a complete success! The small cottage is very lovingly furnished, cozy and equipped with everything you need. Surroundings is quiet and ideal for relaxation. Charlotte was a wonderful host – warm, helpful and easy to reach if questions arose. I felt welcome from the first moment. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a charming accommodation with a personal touch!

Anton was very friendly. Since he was on vacation, his daughter took care of us. She was also very friendly and helpful. Very sweet cottage with everything you need. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. By car, you can reach the next largest city (Goes) in 10 minutes. Thank you and all the best for Anton and his family. We had the most peaceful and beautiful stay here and would recommend this to anyone who wants to be just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it. I don't suggest this lovely home if you have a toddler - we had to protect the baby from all the very steep ladders and stairs at all times, so that part was stressful. But aside from a baby who is walking but not yet ladder-safe, it's just perfect. Our 7 and 9 year old were absolutely fine and in fact just loved everything about Sibren's. Thank you so much for these special travel memories!

Since we've been to the area many times, we definitely wanted to go back. The water and wind are good for windsurfers. For beginners, there is an easily accessible surf school where you can also borrow material. The furnishings have a vintage charm, are well-maintained and of high quality. We had a great sleep, which speaks for the beds and peace. The view of the Verse-Meer is beautiful, even if the house is not directly on the water. A renovation construction site nearby could not be heard, there was no disturbance! The bicycles can be parked well and safely on the property. From here, the North Sea and also the ferry to the small town of Veere are easy to reach, by bike or even on foot. Communication was good, questions were answered quickly before booking. The price is now in the usual range, i.e. within the limits. However, we have found a large price increase overall throughout the NL. We will be happy to come back.

The time in Gerlinde's house was fantastic. The house is very cozy, very well maintained and clean, nicely furnished. There's nothing missing. The pellet stove was ideal for a cozy atmosphere. We also liked Groede as a place very much. We had bikes with us. Without it, the way to the beach would be too long. Gerlinde was always available. Great thing overall!!!

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cottage, it had everything you needed. Very nicely decorated !Beautiful view and nice and quiet. Enough to see and do in the area and nice and close to the beach ! Recommended !

Wonderful place in the beautiful Belgian countryside…with Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels all easy day trips. Very peaceful and relaxing! Hosts were very nice and helpful. Home had everything you could want. Beds were comfy. Loved sitting out on the terrace in the mornings for coffee and again in the evenings with a glass of wine (hosts got us started with a nice bottle of rose!). Hope to be back someday soon!
