We have enjoyed this house! Well located to explore the golden circle and very relaxing with the river down the yard.

Loved this home away from home! It had everything we needed. The hot tub was so nice after a long day of hiking and the laundry machines were a blessing. Favorite spot we visited was the Gjain - a hidden oasis that required a bit of F road adventures. If we ever visit again, we will try to reserve this place. It was wonderful!

The cabins sit on a road away from where reception is, and the instructions were clear to get there. The hot tub does take a while to fill up, since it is filled with geothermal spring water, but it is definitely a must in Iceland. Relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking and traveling the Golden Circle was a perfect ending.

We had an amazing time at Emma and Oskar’s place. The location was serene and breathtaking. Beautiful views of the water and wildlife. The home was extremely cozy, tasteful, and had everything we could ask for. The deck had gorgeous views, a wonderful hot tub, the water was always hot, the beds were comfortable and the entire place had a cozy feel. Hosts gave very clear check in instructions which made it a breeze. The home is close to everything you need. We had an amazing time and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Iceland.

Very comfortable hut, complete with everything and beautifully furnished! Very comfortable double bed! Great location, but maybe a little far away! Experience I recommend to those who really want to live an Icelandic experience!

The barn house was beautifully built and decorated with spectacular views. The skylight windows were perfect for watching for the northern lights. The kitchen had all the basics and some extras like a nespresso machine and pods. We enjoyed cooking there and using the hot tub. The washer and dryer were super helpful. It was a great launching place for the Golden Circle. Stokkseyri is a cute little town with a great local pool. The turf house across the street was fun to explore as was the beach on the other side of the turf wall. It is very near Bakkahestar for highly recommended Icelandic horse rides with a local couple on the beach in Eyrarbakki. Nearby Selfoss has anything you need including an amazing fish market Fiskbud Suderlands for great prices on fresh caught local fish. Kristinn was very responsive and we loved our stay!

The place was nice, clean, and well equipped. Sigurdur was a great, responsive host!

We absolutely loved this home. The decor and aesthetic are amazing and we felt like we were in a locals home that had lovely design and everything we needed. Beautiful setting around the house, and we just loved our stay here!

This place was peaceful, gorgeous, and exactly what I was looking for. The view was amazing, centrally located near both the golden circle and restaurants and amenities in selfoss. Sigrun and Sigurdur were wonderful hosts. The little stream chuckling beside the place was lovely. I would stay here again.

Had an incredible experience staying here! Unbelievably beautiful views, cozy house with comfortable beds, great amenities, and peaceful, quiet surroundings. The horses were friendly and it was a beautiful hike/walk to the mountain behind the house. Steinunn was accommodating, quick to reply, and a gracious hostess. It was an easy drive to Selfoss for groceries and a conveniently located base for the Golden circle, South Coast, and Reykjavik. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

We enjoyed both times we stayed here on our trip through Iceland! We loved seeing all of the animals on the farm and the cabin was lovely. Exactly what we wanted!

Cozy cottage in a quiet and lovely spot. Nice location for exploring the south coast and golden circle. We loved the hot tub, bed was very comfortable. Sveinn is a kind and responsive host!

Location was perfect for sightseeing near and far. The airbnb was very comfortable and warm with a well equipped kitchen. Trausti was a great host. I would highly recommend this place.

Kids enjoyed the most because of the PlayStation .We loved the cute radio playing in the morning during breakfast and the coffee machine was perfect ! We were very comfortable in your house . House was perfect for a family of 4. Also loved the attractions folder . We enjoyed the Mexican food from the food truck company and the ice creams from the local shop. Watched a nice movie together last night . Was home away from home . Thanks a lot .

This cottage was super cute, we loved visiting during the midnight sun! The farm was very tranquil and peaceful and the horses in the backyard were beautiful. The house was clean and private. There was a small washing machine for laundry and the geothermal spa was great after a long day of hiking.

Björgvin is a great host and his place was everything our group was looking for. Remote house, with a hot tub, grill and good vibes. The location and the view from the terrace is beautiful with only a few minutes drive to the nearest town. Björgvin was really friendly and offered his assistance if we needed anything which was a nice touch.

This is one of the nicest Air B&B’s I’ve ever stayed at. The house was so nice, well stocked, and really close to everything. The extra half bath was nice to have as well. We made good use of the hot tub after our long days of exploring. Would recommend this place to others.

This house was perfect. The hostesses met us when we arrived, gave us instructions on things they wanted us to make sure we knew (for safety and such due to the temperatures), and spent around 2 hours giving us a tour and history of the house. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed and they were so thoughtful with all of their recommendations for activities with our children. We 100% recommend this house to others and we will be coming back in the future!

What a great find! The place was perfect and the rooms were spacious, warm and comfortable. The kids loved the hot tub and I loved the books! I read a Steinbeck book which I greatly appreciated. The kitchen was beautiful as was the sunroom. I imagine the sunroom would be the perfect room to see the Northern Lights. The neighborhood was peaceful and we even got to spend a little time with one of the neighbors who was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious, clean & nicely designed. If you are looking for horseback riding our kids LOVED “Riding Tours South Iceland.” Our stay was absolutely wonderful. I would love to return there someday.
