Very nice apartment, very clean, quiet location. Great amenities (coffee machine, freezer, laundry rack and even games. Playmobil Fun Park and Nuremberg are very easy to reach. Very friendly and reliable landlord. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay in Julia's beautiful apartment, furnished with great attention to detail. The apartment is super equipped, with everything you need - the service is great (beds already made, soap, toilet paper, many towels are ready, toys for the children, baby bed, etc.) and the interaction with the guests is very warm. Lovingly furnished apartment in a very quiet location. It is a bit remote but the bus stop is just around the corner, direct connection to the center. Kitchen with new appliances, a shower with plenty of space inside, views of the green backyard and garden. We used it for overnight stays during the Rock im Park Festival and it was the best decision ever.

Very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is very quiet. You felt right at home and there was plenty of room for us as a family. The apartment is super furnished and offers everything you need as a family. You can easily book here.

We felt right at home. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, but enjoyed the very quiet yet central location during the time. There is an organic market, bakery and butcher right around the corner, also a public charging station is only a few meters away from the accommodation.

As always, I felt very comfortable in Andrea's apartment.

I booked Uli's apartment for an employee on business and I received very good feedback from him. The check-in went smoothly and my colleague immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is modern and cozy, as shown in the pictures. The apartment is nicely bright and very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you only have to shop to be able to feed yourself. A discount store is within walking distance. Uli himself is a friendly host and it was a very nice stay. I would be happy to book again when we are around.

We stayed with Martina as part of a visit to Playmobil fun Park. The location can't be beat with a 10-minute drive to Playmobil Park. The apartment is clean, large and everything you need is available. The communication with Martina is pleasant and makes your stay also easy. All around great stay

Helen's place would be ideal for an individual or a couple wanting to explore Nürnberg. It's a short walk to a metro stop and has a supermarket next door, and is really nice and quiet if you didn't want to stay in the city itself

We used the apartment together with my husband both for the wedding preparation (my sister – at the same time my maid of honor – and I) and for the night after the party and were completely thrilled! Even at check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Nia – she was super friendly, accommodating and immediately took care of making us feel comfortable. When she learned that we were getting married, she even offered us quite simply to stay longer in the apartment on the day of departure – a really generous and accommodating gesture that made us start the day very relaxed. The apartment itself was clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped – we had everything we needed and felt comfortable from the first moment. The hot tub in the garden is a real highlight! Location was also ideal. Thank you very much, Nia – for your warm manner and the beautiful apartment, which became part of our special day!

We had a nice short stay at Dario's. The communication was great and we were personally received. Dario had a few good tips for us to go out to eat. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly to the subway.

This accommodation is highly recommended, we felt completely comfortable. Liz is a very warm and attentive hostess. If you have problems climbing stairs, you should consider this in the large apartment.

We adored the city of Schwabach; there is as much or as little to do as you want. Restaurants are excellent and Nuemberg is close enough to go often. It’s a big city but easy to Navigate. A walk along the Schwabach canal toward Gustenfelden is heaven!!

Andrea was very welcoming and you definitely can see how much attention to detail she has put into every room. We liked the whole experience with whirlpool, terrace and the free Netflix. We would definitely recommend it anyone, who wants some fun and quiet time :))
