Spotlessly clean with very helpful & prompt communication from hosts. A lift up to unit from basement carparking. Spotlessly clean, with many well thought out extras. Comfortable lounge seating & a perfect out door area. I would highly recommend it to potential guests ... travelling by car ( easy parking)... plus coming by tram or train from city ( stops & station very close). Thank you hosts Dean & Kristen

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed in Amy & Saxon's place for a week with a 6-month old and it was brilliant value - the location is excellent, the size was generous, the bed & sofa were both very comfortable, the amenities well considered - everything you want (a bath! a full sized fridge! an enormous wardrobe! a fully equipped kitchen! a washing machine!), and it is so warm with personal touches. I absolutely loved the afternoon light in the front room each day. Thanks for having us, we'll be back!

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Melbourne! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. The location was ideal — close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, and some fantastic local spots. It made getting around Melbourne a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne. Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as same as picture. It’s extremely clean, close to CBD train station, and there are many restaurants around.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

The place was in a great location and amazing views from the balcony! Some fab local restaurants and coffee places. Everything was smooth with check in and out. A few issues with items in the apartment but have given feedback to the owners and sure they will sort out.
