Holiday rentals with a kayak in Hawkesbury City Council

Had such a wonderful and much needed restorative weekend in this beautiful pocket of the world! Would love to call it home. Perfect way to switch off. Elizabeth was an excellent communicator and provided plenty of information. Nothing was too difficult for Col and he was also able to help us get around and the like. Much appreciated!

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful waterfront Airbnb. The house is spacious, surrounded by greenery, and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a peaceful and refreshing getaway. Highly recommended!

If you're after a quiet place to wind down a little that isn't too far away from Sydney, this place was perfect. Big, spacious, plenty of areas to sit and chill for a while, enjoy dinner with friends, and roast some marshmallows over the fire pit. The kids also loved getting out on the river with the kayaks included as part of the stay. Audrey is a great host. Very responsive, friendly, and was happy to be flexible with our check-out time which made for a nice, easy, and stress free breakfast on our last day.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home! The place was exactly as pictured—clean, spacious, and beautifully set up for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were cozy, and we especially appreciated the multiple beds which made it perfect for a family.

Absolutely loved this place! We're big fans of Berowra and this is the first time we've come with a group of friends. Loved the spot - tucked around the corner from the main bay and delivered on all aspects. The house is incredible. Patrick the manager was super helpful.

Lovely place for a bush getaway from Sydney. The previous reviews giving this place 1 star are ridiculous and an abuse of the rating system. Jason’s place is absolutely fine, situated beautifully on the Mangrove river, comfortable and quiet. We particularly enjoyed all of the resident parrots, a couple of King parrots spending most of our time on the balcony with us.

We had a great stay at Hestias place. It was close to Sydney but felt very private and quiet and we really enjoyed the access to the nearby river and amazing star gazing at night. Would recommend.

Tessa was super easy to communicate with and provided all the information we needed. The old church was full of character and charm, it was really comfortable for the three of us. The view from the kitchen window was stunning. Thank you Tessa!

The Cottage is a quaint, clean comfortable waterside pad in which to enjoy the truly tranquil surrounds of Berowra Waters. Sue was a terrific, warm and friendly host. We were grateful for the pick up service, kayaks, tinnie and tips. Well stocked kitchen and lots of games. Highly recommended.

Stephanie was a great help getting inside as the second gate can be missed. But lovely cosy home perfect for winter getaway and exploring the area. Feeding the horses and ponies was a highlight and sitting outside by the fire pit looking at the stars was magical

Howard’s love shack was beautiful and cozy, comfortable bed and enjoyed the views and the outdoor fire. Fishing was interesting, wanted to catch a fish but ended up catching a couple of eels. Had a lovely weekend and will be back soon.

Ann’s place is very peaceful and set on large acreage which was a wonderful way for our family and dogs to relax. We had a very lovely stay, thank you!

Ben and Samantha have a beautiful and relaxing cabin on the Hawkesbury river. We had a great stay there and enjoyed waterskiing and using the amenities offered by the park. Their cabin was pristine and had all out family needed. We will come back!

Leigh and her place was just stunning calm surroundings easy place to lose yourself and forget what the time is. Leigh was tremendously helpful, to the point of putting a rose on our bed and freshly cut flowers from her own garden. The grounds, pets and animals are all so beautiful. Easy to see why everyone wrote in the guestbook that they were planning on a return visit. Thanks Leigh

Idyllic location. Lots of leisure equipment to make the weekend fun. Just what we were looking for. Helen was extremely helpful and responsive. Will definitely be going back for another visit!

Kathryn's place is literally steps away from the Hawkesbury River. The large backyard meant that the kids could play around all day. Fishing was really fun. The house itself is beautifully furnished, with Kathryn thinking of everything from all the kitchen utensils you would need to a wide range of herbs and sauces. The rooms were ultra comfortable, heating worked great as it was the beginning of winter. All in all, we had a fantastic time, Kathryn was a very considerate host and we would happily return again.
