Townhome holiday rentals in Hawaiian Islands

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was in a lovely area with an ocean view and walking distance to a nice shopping center where we grabbed coffee each morning. The accommodations were beautiful and clean and equipped with everything we needed and more! The garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys for guests to enjoy. The bbq wasn’t working the day we tried it, but was quickly swapped out the following day for a brand new one. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous time in Maui and coming “home” everyday to Joe & De’s was just like coming home. Grateful for them sharing their little slice of paradise. It was welcoming and comfortable and we will stay again next time we visit the islands. Mahalo!

First I will say that renting from Jay was an awesome experience. He was incredibly responsive to all my questions and made me feel right at home. The condo itself felt like a home and not a sterile hotel/condo or mass vacation home set up. I really did feel like I was staying at my friend’s house. The amenities in the bathrooms and kitchens were beyond what I expected and we cooked in the condo quite a bit since it was over the holidays and we spent a lot of time together as a family. The welcome kit we had when we arrived was perfect and the coffee was much needed for our daily morning fix. The condo is super comfortable for either two couples or a family. The two bedrooms are spread out and each has a TV and bathroom so you have privacy. The lanai has amazing views and the living room and dining area is really spacious. It’s at the end of the complex but that means you only have neighbors on one side. I honestly never heard anyone except when on the lanai or with windows open.

Brad is a great host. The house was very clean and it has all the amenities. The house is in a great location next to the famous kahalulu beach.

I can’t recommend Seth’s place highly enough. Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was extremely clean, and so beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we could have needed. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and soap/shampoo and conditioner which is so appreciated. The beds were so comfortable! Seth was a very gracious host, keeping a line of communication open our entire stay, and making sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for somewhere to book and think this place might be for you, quit looking and book this place now!!! Everything about it is perfect! Our only regret is not having more time there.

This was our second time staying at Olfat’s place, and it was just as incredible as the first. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Princeville. The kitchen is great for cooking, and having laundry on-site is a welcomed bonus. Communication was stellar, and everything was easy to find with convenient parking. The morning rain was stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere. Plus, it’s just a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world. Highly recommend—looking forward to returning!

Nathan's townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. The location was great, close to beach and with a pool and tennis courts. Check in was easy. Nathan was quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

It was great to stay at Lisa’s place. It was clean, close to the community pool. It is close to beaches. Kitchen was well stocked

We loved Ryan’s house! It was spacious for the 5 of us, and wish we could have spent more time there but island adventures awaited us. Actually better than the photos. Ryan was great to work with, communicated in a timely manner. All the extra equipment was so clutch like beach chairs, umbrellas. Also had bikes and other water toys we didn’t get a chance to use. Princeville is stunning. Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever back on the island!

Great host. There were lots of beach supplies and the tropical grounds are beautiful. The couch/bed was comfortable. Short drive to all the well known beaches. The unit was quiet and the little park next door is also nice. Just a fantastic stay, all around!

We loved our stay at Villa Lava. The check in and check out process was easy. The unit was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there were lots of extras in the pantry. It came with everything you would need for a great day at the beach or pool. Janine was quick to respond to questions and she provided some great ideas for things to do and see in the area. All in all, I would rate it a 10 out of 10 and I look forward to a future visit.

The view was incredible and the pictures really do not do it justice. Great amount of space in the bedroom area downstairs. Quiet area and again, the view is insanely worth it.

Thomas place was great and perfect for two families. The kids loved going to the beach every day and playing in the pool. Thomas’ place was well stocked with everything one would need for time at the beach. Thank you again for a great stay!

Very comfortable home in the most beautiful part of the island! Great communication from pre-booking through check-out! We had to move to another place, because they were already booked the last two days of our trip. New place doesn’t even compare, wish we were back at Hillside Villa in KoOlina! We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during our week in Hawaii! The location was perfect—just 5 minutes from Disney Aulani and the beautiful lagoons. The home had everything we needed and more, especially for our 18-month-old, which made traveling with a toddler so much easier. From toys, a highchair, and a pack n play to beach essentials like a wagon, umbrella, beach toys, and more—everything was thoughtfully provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re so happy with our stay and hope to visit again soon! Thank you Katherine :)

We had an amazing stay at JT’s condo in Princeville. The unit is beautiful, very clean and includes absolutely anything you could possibly need during your stay! The location in Princeville was perfect for all of our Kauai adventures. JT is extremely responsive and very helpful…he includes a very comprehensive list of do’s and dont’s which we appreciated. We travel fairly extensively with airbnb and this may be the very best experience we have ever had.

Tia and Jeremiah’s place is perfect! They were so thoughtful in all of the little pieces that a lot of air bnb’s forget (stain remover, bug spray, sandwich baggies etc) that make the stay that much easier. It was clean, great WiFi, beautiful views, so easy to get around. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone!

My family and I stayed at Gabriel’s place for 7 days and had a wonderful experience. Gabriel was an excellent host—very attentive and responsive on the message board, which made everything easy and smooth. The space itself was spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the sunset views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay!

Gay Lena and Brian were excellent hosts ! They helped our daughter check in early as she arrived alone because our plane got delayed. It was so kind of them ! Their home was super comfortable and had everything we needed ! We especially loved the location - right across the street from a beautiful surf and snorkle beach! When the kids were done at the beach, we enjoyed the pool! It was also a perfect place to watch sunsets! We would definitely love to come again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for families, spacious, clean, and very private, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The host was incredibly responsive and super friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. There’s also a private beach nearby, and the host provides everything you might need for a beach day, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and more. The location was also a big plus, there’s a Foodland nearby along with other stores and restaurants, which made it really convenient. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Loved the location and the place was peaceful. Instructions were very clear and pictures were provided so I knew exactly what to look for. Everything shuts down early and no late night partying neighbors. Beds were comfortable, even the pullout bed was nice enough for my teenagers to fight over. Princeville is super nice and worth the drive. Only “complaint” is as soon as you walk in the front door, there is a step down to the main area that is hard to see as the floor blends together (same tile above and below the step) and potential for missing the step and falling. We put the towel basket at the edge of the stair to remind us of the step and had no issues.

Karl was an amazing Airbnb host! He checked in with us at both the beginning and end of our stay, which made us feel very welcomed and well cared for. The property was clean, beautifully maintained, and easy to find — located on the ground floor with the parking lot conveniently right next to it. Having our own beach access just steps from the door was a huge highlight. We snorkeled every morning, and the resort amenities were fantastic. Access to two pools and daily activities, all included in the resort/parking fee paid upfront at check-in, really added value to our stay. The location is also perfect — there are lots of beautiful beaches nearby, and plenty of fun spots within walking distance, like Bad Ass Coffee and a great selection of food trucks for dinner. We definitely plan on coming back!

Great location and beautiful townhouse. Can walk right to the beach or to the town of Kona. Amenities were great including beach chairs and a cooler. Could not ask for anything more. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Kona.
