Absolutely perfect place to stay! Comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need for a stay. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were a delight and made for a perfect stay. Super convenient access to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, and beautiful peaceful surroundings. Host was proactive, friendly, helpful, and provided lots of great info. Would be delighted to stay here again.

Lush tropical and peaceful garden. The house is clean and well maintained with everything needed. We would definitely recommend it.

The highlight of our trip was having Dave and Jenni's place to call home for the week. Located in the perfect part of town, close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants while feeling private and tucked back on the quiet street. Everything in the house was even better than the photos, really was an amazing stay. Dave and Jenni were great and easy to communicate with for the stay, nothing about it was complicated letting us really relax and enjoy the island!

Excellent location for a home base with lots of history and charm. It's easy to find, well appointed, clean, and the hosts are exceptional.

Very nice “ohana” (guesthouse)- nice architecture- octagonal - I liked it :) Very private. Felt safe and sweet.

We LOVED everything about this location. Iao Valley is so special and the location of the AirBNB itself was perfect for getting all around the island. We visited at the end of March and never ran the AC once. It was hot during the afternoon but the morning/late afternoon/evening cool off, with the winds blowing into the valley were so perfect. AND the birdsong in the morning was so beautiful that I recorded it and sent it to my family (minus the rooster song- but that's just Maui living for ya). If you want a good cocktail check out Ester's Fair Prospect, they have a nice selection of liquor and a fun vibe, located in the city of Wailuku right next door to this place. Also we loved the goodies that were left in the fridge. The pineapple on the island is SOOO good. Sooooooo good. Forget the banana bread hype... just eat the pineapples and bananas fresh! Mahalo!

Absolute Gem! Extremely close to Volcano National Park (10 min), very private, great amenities (had everything you could possibly ask for, or need, and more), easily accessible, very clean, beautiful property…I would highly recommend The Tea House Cottage. Excellent find….Thank You 👍

Great place to stay! Everything was very clean and the amenities were appreciated. Caroline and Scott were responsive to any questions. Overall, very peaceful but not super far from coastal activities to make the travel time obnoxious. Will definitely strongly recommend to anyone visiting Kona.

We were very comfortable in Tom and Denise’s cottage. Overall it’s a great place, very peaceful and we felt we had a lot of privacy. We were close to our daughter and that was most important to us. Tom and Denise were very responsive. They have thought of everything needed for a long or short stay.

Perfect little spot for a quick getaway. Quiet neighborhood and the beach chairs and umbrellas were very useful!

We loved our stay in Ha'ena in this lovely home & property. We spent much of our time relaxing & enjoying the incredible view of the mountains. The privacy of the expansive back lanai & beautiful grounds was especially nice during the warm June rains! We loved the luxury of having the outdoor shower, as well as relaxing bathtub! The security of the gated entry for this property just off the road, behind the caretaker's home felt safe. And it was reassuring to know they were there if we needed anything. We appreciated all of the beach equipment & the ease of our frequent walks to awesome Tunnels Beach! My husband & I very feel grateful that we were able to spend a memorable five days in this idyllic setting.

Perfect for our small group of friends to be able to catch up and explore the island together! Just wish our stay could have been longer. Beautiful and quaint. My wife ended up using one of the rooms as a bridal suite to get ready and had a great time!

What a fantastic Airbnb! We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was incredibly cozy, making it a perfect retreat after busy days. Its convenient location was a huge plus, especially for our sports travel. Being able to wash jerseys right at the Airbnb for the next day's game was a lifesaver – a truly thoughtful amenity for travelers like us. And a special shout-out to the great air conditioning! It not only kept us perfectly cool but also wonderfully blocked out the coqui frog sounds at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. We had great accommodations and highly recommend this spot! Host Jason was accommodating and responsive.

We loved Autumn's jungle cottages and would recommend her place. Great for small groups with separate accommodations. Beautiful outdoor gathering bbq area and every kind of plants. highly recommend

Beautiful spot in the jungle near the volcano. Super private, jungle hottub was definitely the star of the stay. Communication was great.

The Cottage is well situated, close to Hana town. You can walk to Hana Bay if you so desired. Great location.

Hāna has stolen our hearts ~ and Luana Gardens sealed the deal. We cannot wait to return to spend more time away from it all, enjoying the peace and tranquility of the area with this beautiful home as our base. Jody is such a gracious host and was so helpful to us, helping guide us on a search for family information. Such a beautiful property, well appointed home, great local food trucks (da mean bean & Ae’s kitchen were favorites!), and being so close to the beach was wonderful. This is a truly special place.

Lovely accomodation, truly had everything one could need. The extra touches really made the stay unbelievably enjoyable. The stunning yard, and nearby cliffs, pushed it over the top.

We loved our stay at the cottage. A simple, historic-feeling, stress-free escape into a world far different from the normal daily grind. The chickens are wonderful (a few got quite familiar with us after a 10-day stay), the nightly frog symphony was very peaceful to us in its natural cadence, and the cottage was clean and easy feeling. The location was wonderful for jumping off into all sorts of big-island sight-seeing and activities. This was a trip I gave to my elderly mother and she could not have been happier. This small cottage is in a great location on a coffee farm in Captain Cook. If you like sunsets this is the place! It's a fairly big walk to snorkeling at the Captain Cook Monument but you can do it -- best snorkeling on the island. There's also the coffee shop at the bottom of the road. Easy to get there, easy to communicate with the host, and a terrific spot. I would stay here again. The cottage is quite small but has everything you need for two people.

Our family loved this house. Clean and comfortable. Peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed eating fresh mango on the Lanai in the morning while hearing the surf roll in.

Very beautiful and peaceful cottage. Great location close to the Road to Hana and northern beaches. Easy to park vehicle in the carport and excellent from a logistics perspective during the week stay. Neighborhood was very quiet and good for relaxation. Owners great to work with and keep the place well managed. Thank you!
