Holiday rentals with a patio in Haverford Township

Glam base for your Philly Slaycation (tm), full of cute touches & gorgeous views. Appreciated walking into an air-conditioned apartment on a bloody hot day. Could spend your whole trip exploring South Philly's street art, shopping & diverse food & drinks from the best tomato pie a block away, FDR's weekend SE Asian market stalls, Passyunk Ave, cheesesteak Vegas, 9th St/Italian Market & Point Breeze Ave. Hosts were flexible & responsive. Addressing a few small hiccups will make this even more cozy.

The perfect place to stay while visiting Phoenixville. Will 100% be staying here again. Everything was clean and as described. Responsive and helpful host.

Omar was a great host. He was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. We were arriving on Christmas Eve and the heat in the building unfortunately happened to go out the day before we got there. Omar let me know that he had someone out trying to fix it that day, but it wasn't fixed and he left space heaters in the apartment for us in case it wasn't fixed before we got there. When we got there, we were able to check in early and Omar was there (with the HVAC guy) when we arrived. He even helped us with our bags up to the apartment. The heat was fixed later that day luckily and Omar checked in with us a couple times during our stay to make sure the heat was working and let us know he had more space heaters if we needed them. He also checked in to make sure everything else was ok and that we felt at home, which it was and did. The apartment itself was clean and as described. Would stay there again.

This was the cutest and most convenient place we could have stayed for our trip! The aesthetic was relaxing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in while traveling!! We came into the city for a music festival and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much there is to do in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend visiting the Museum on a Friday evening for their discounted event which included live music & drinks ! Perfect date night. If you have pups there are so many beautiful areas to talk them for walks. We will definitely be back in the future as there was truly not enough time to enjoy all the area had to offer. First time staying in Philadelphia for a concert and the place was very nice and clean! It’s a 18 minute drive to the Lincoln Financial Field, Wells Fargo Center and Citizens bank park, which was very convenient. There’s also a few shops nearby approximately 10 minute car ride that supports the locals and were amazing for gifts, food and vinyls.

Patricia was a delight to communicate with! The basement apartment was a perfect choice for my son and I to share a three day trip for his 13th birthday celebration. We went to a Phillies game, toured the city, and spent a day out at the Jersey Shore. This location was perfect home base for us. It was so much nicer than a hotel room IMO, and I enjoyed coffee in the back yard garden each morning. Everything was so nicely furnished, stocked and ready for us when we arrived. Patricia truly exceeded expectations. Thanks for making a memorable father/son trip even better!

This is a nice place for two people for a weekend or long weekend. Black out curtains in the bedroom and bathroom would have helped us sleep a little better.

As soon as I walked in I was shocked… it was so nice and it was easy to navigate. Everything was actually perfect. I would definitely go again

House was perfect for what we needed. Sonia was understanding, helpful and very responsive. Id rent from her again if I ever have to come back to Philly.

We had a great stay at Kiryl's. Great location if you want to hop on the train for the airport and in a very safe neighborhood.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thanks for opening up your home to us. Teresa

Great cozy place to stay. Love the history and architecture of the home and neighborhood. Amalia was very friendly and extremely accommodating. When we realized the previous guests had consumed all the coffee, she immediately went to the store and bought some for us. If light from street lights bothers you at night consider wearing sleep masks.

My group and I enjoyed Karena’s home. It was very clean and looked as described. There was more than enough space for a large group and plenty of toiletries and towels for everyone. She was responsive upon arrival and very helpful. Plenty of street parking. Would book again.

This was a great central location for our trip. It’s an old home with all of the creeks and character with an updated feel. It was a great place to stay!

This 5-level (including the roof) townhouse is beautiful and spacious, easily accommodating our family of 8. We had no trouble finding street parking each day for all 3 of our cars, and the apartment was extremely well equipped -- with everything we could have even imagined needing -- and then some. We would LOVE to come back sometime!

I am honestly so sad I only stayed one night at this amazing place! Angel’s communication was the best I have ever experienced, and made the entire process so amazing. Frank was our tour guide who showed us around and was so kind and helpful. This place is awesome- amazing views, roof-top game room, and more. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Philly!

Great Stay in Philly! Natasha’s condo was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to Philadelphia! The space was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We did run into a small issue with the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, and Natasha actually messaged me asking when she could come by to fix it — I didn’t see the message until the day before we left, so that was completely on me. I really appreciated how proactive she was about it. We also had an issue with the door lock, but Natasha came out right away to replace the battery. She was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect in every way. The home was exactly like the photos—actually, even more stunning in person. It had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel completely at home. The house was impeccably clean—truly one of the most pristine and well-maintained Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear the hosts take great pride in offering a top-tier experience. Speaking of the hosts, they were outstanding: incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. From start to finish, their communication and hospitality were flawless. We had a perfect experience and are already looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit. Highly, highly recommended!

If you are looking for a good central location, that’s the perfect choice. The beautiful apartement is like a 5 star hotel. It looks very luxurious, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the whole apartement is spotlessly clean. You can also find several parking options for a good price if you arrive by car. I will definitely book again if I’m visiting Philly.

This was my second stay at Hala's in as many weeks. Just as wonderful as the first time! See my review from last week, nothing has changed, still excellent!

Very clean apartment with plenty of space. Kitchen, living room, beds and bath are all really nice. Our host Bin is friendly and responsive. Groceries store and coffee shops are <5 minute walk. A very short commute to city center by buses/subway with lots of things to do. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We love to stay at this house/apt that is a brand new property. They provide almost everything and the bed is really nice. We would love to come back again. Thank you.
