Gladys was incredibly sweet, and very communicative. She provided local recommendations when I ended up getting in late, and spend time helping me out whenever I got there. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Everything was great during our stay. Parking was easy, and the place was exactly as described. We were mostly out exploring NYC so we didn’t spend much time in the house but we still enjoyed our time at Natarsha’s place. We had a small issue accessing our bedroom at first but Natarsha responded almost immediately and resolved it quickly. She’s very kind and truly cares about making sure her guests are comfortable. Thx

Justin’s place matches the exact description of what is listed. The room is perfect for a couple or someone single that is traveling. There are several restaurants and a convenience store that are a two-minute walk away. My girlfriend and I stayed here so that we could go to the American Dream Mall, which is only 15 minutes away and convenient to travel back and forth from. Something to keep in mind is that this is indeed a shared space. The homeowner himself sometimes comes up, but it was no bother to us since he was kind and respectful. We, however, had one instance where an unknown (but friendly) person came into the house (assuming a family member or friend), which was odd since we were told that we’d be the only ones there, so it would’ve been nice to have gotten a heads-up. Another thing to keep in mind is that there were few trash cans, notably only a small one in the bedroom, so you may want to bring a bag. All around, the place was pristine and cozy and we enjoyed our stay!

I stayed at James’s place for 9 nights. James was a great host he would answer any questions you had. But mainly just left you to get on with what you wanted. James father was around quite a bit and is also very helpful making sure that you had everything you need. Overall a great stay at a reasonable price.

Excelente oportunidade! Bairro lindo, tranquilo e com várias opções para comer e beber. Tem uma 7 eleven muito boa rapidinho (tomei café lá várias vezes). Duas linhas de fácil acesso de ônibus para o Port Bus Authority Station. Linha 167 (saindo da casa virar a sua direita e seguirá até a esquina da interseção e o 168 de frente a 7 eleven. Tudo muito limpo, organizado e anfitriões muito prestativos. Extremamente seguro (andei de manhã, noite, madrugada e com chuva). Obrigado, José!
