Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Hartlepool

We had a great time here at Sootybabe, It was exactly as pictured with easy entry and access. Clean and comfortable with all that's needed for a place between exploring. Blackhall Colliery had an awesome beach just 10 mins walk away and we enjoyed our time in the Hartlepool area. Durham was picturesque and the cathedral was spectacular and a true architectural marvel. Good food and beach in Sunderland. Could've spent several more days just exploring Newcastle very friendly and lively. Bamburgh Castle was magnificent and is a must visit for all those interested in British history and the Last Kingdom TV Series Exhibition is awesome for anyone who is a fan. We loved our stay at Photographer's House! Ashley was quick to let us know we could get in early and was on hand if we needed anything! He even messaged to arrange postage of some earrings that we'd left (when they were found during the clean). The house was great as was the area. Lots of different options for trips out not too far away too. Kids and adults loved it and are keen to return! Thanks for everything! We also learnt a lot about dolphins via the Dilo stories!

What a smashing wee find, just what we wanted. The annex is well laid out and well equipped. The bedding was super quality [something important to me]. Easy to come and go and you park your car right outside the door. Worth noting there is a step down into the kitchen and bathroom which has a sensor light on it at night so not to much of a problem. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely place to stay, beautifully decorated and the house is spotless and comfortable. David is super lovely and really happy to help. Staithes is a very small and quiet place with some beautiful walks along the coast, my dog loved it. Phone reception is non existent in the village so make sure you know the location prior to arriving. There is wifi in the air b&b. Really enjoyed just relaxing and the log burner plus monopoly was such a wholesome vibe.

Gorgeous house in a beautiful location. Needed nothing and the kitchen is amazing! Would 100% recommend. Felt right at home.

Any less than 5* or a-maz-ing would be doing Jane and Crabapple Cottage a disservice. The neighbours were fabulous too. We had everything we could possibly want in the cottage and looong garden, and more, including the trampoline 😄 Jane was super responsive to questions I raised even when she was out with a friend and immediately set to finding a solution to our mini problem. Settees and bed were very comfortable and our dog was immediately relaxed in the property which was also really important to us. So many places to visit nearby and lots to do, we could have spent way more time there.

Can I just say : Thank you for the lovely stay in this cute cottage . Great for two and the pooch ! Loved the layout , and how clean it was- lush bedding and towels . Thank you for the lovely eggs, butter , lush cookies and homemade bread . Definitely one of the best Airbnbs . Great base for exploring the dales!!

Our stay was short, but the location was close to everything we wanted to see. The place was spotless, and Stuart was a great host. I wish we could spend more time. I would recommend this place.

Had a great stay at the cozy caravan. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated and had good pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped, in addition to the usual there was an Airfryer, slow cooker and blender as well as a full sized fridge/freezer, comfy bed and great TV. Would definitely return when working in the area, it was a real home from home, loved it.

We loved staying at Lisa's caravan. It was perfect and had everything we needed. It really was a home from home. Lisa was so friendly, leaving some lovely surprises for us and the kids. 100% recommended. Thank you, Lisa!

We had an enjoyable couple of nights away. Lovely, homely, clean caravan. No WiFi so had the teenagers playing board games! Didn't realise we had to get entertainment passes to go into the restaurant and these are quite expensive if you're only staying a couple of nights....at least we know for next time. The beach was a short walk away and was fairly quiet...ahhh, peace. Would highly recommend.

A lovely place to stay with owners that really care about what they do. The pool and hot tub is well kept and clean and although communal we still managed to get it to ourselves on one occasion which was nice. Lovely cottage - thanks to the owners as well for being around when needed.

Just got back today from a 3 night stay at Roy’s caravan. Absolutely stunning inside and out. The caravan was immaculate and all the little extras just made our mini holiday. Beautiful location right on the beach front and the views were spectacular short walk to the beautiful beach. We were blessed with fantastic weather so we could relax on the balcony overlooking the sea can’t wait to return 😊

We loved the remoteness of the cottage, the peace & quiet. Loved the pool & hot tub which is a must if we don't stay coastal.You definitely need a car to access any shops as the nearest shop is 2.3 miles and this closes at 5. No pubs within walking distance and some pubs only opened certain days and opened at 6. However that's what makes the place attractive & peaceful. Lots of places to visit with 10 mile radius. Great walks and historical sites to see. Beautiful landscape. Cottage was very snug & comfortable.

Amazing location for beach walks and the coast path. Ideal for stay with the dog. On site shop and park practically next door. Sea view perfect

What a great house, had everything we needed, is modern but still cosy, great pizza place (knead a slice) nearby, and fab tea room on the square. Beautiful local walks - deer park, binchester roman fort by the river. Thoroughly recommend and highly enjoyable!

The Guest Place was a lovely place to stay, perfectly appointed (with a really comfy bed!), spotlessly clean and in a gorgeous street. Walking distance to amenities and the beach too. Ann was a great host, communicated regularly and made me feel really welcome. I hope to stay again!

I’m originally from Hartlepool and have wanted to stay in one of the houses on the sea front since I was a little girl. This was a dream come true waking up to such a beautiful view. The house was perfect and we felt right at home. Everything we could have needed was provided and the WiFi was great. Alicia and Ross couldn’t not have been friendlier and more helpful. Thank you for a perfect stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the weather may not have been great but that made relaxing in this beautiful space even more cozy, made it hard to leave! The electric fire is a great addition for night time and it was very clean and comfortable in the caravan. Lovely walking on the beach with it so close, we went to Saltburn for day trips as it is nicer than Redcar 🤝 Would thoroughly recommend!

lovely stay at Steven's house. Unfortunately my trip was cut short due to work. The house is lovely and clean and decorated to a high standard. steven was a very helpful host and I shall be booking here again hopefully for the next time I'm working in Middlesbrough.

We’ve had another great stay at Kate’s place in Trimdon. As usual the place is tip top clean and warm and with those extra touches such as milk tea coffee biscuits dog treats plus info on where there are good places to visit, eat and where the shops are. Kate is very friendly and welcoming and always makes us feel at home here - thank you so much - we’ll be back!

Such a magical place for anyone that needs to remove themselves from daily life. It felt like stepping back 200 years, but with the amenities of home; peaceful, clean, comfortable and a fabulous place to stay!
