We had a great stay. Everything was really clean and cosy. Location was great - only a 5-10 minute uber to the city centre. James was really responsive too. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a lovely break in Saltburn but Peter’s place absolutely made it for us. Even though it is a huge apartment, it felt cosy. The beds were so comfortable. And a well equipped kitchen. We loved enjoying a morning coffee taking in the view, and my nephew enjoyed beating everyone at air hockey! Highly recommend Peter’s accommodation, and we’ll definitely be back.

This is a great place to stay , Ollie was always available for advice and a chat . The apartment/ flat was clean comfortable and practical. The garden is an amazing place and well worth a visit. I’ve no doubt that I’ll go back there .

Stayed at Clive’s place over a long weekend. Stunning flat in great location with fantastic views. Extremely clean/ well presented. Met on arrival we were shown the ropes and how to use the secure underground parking. All the appliances were spotless and the facilities very new. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the Ouseburn neighbourhood is.

We have family in the area, but have never stayed in Yarm. What a delight! There’s an old Norman church up an adjacent footpath, next to a pub serving delicious Thai food. There are footpaths along the Tees, with a large park on the Eaglescliffe side. Restaurants abound, and the energy is palpable. A real treat!

Lovely modern apartment with good facilities. Comfy beds and nice to have 2 bathrooms. We found the walk into town a bit too much so used taxis which were very reasonably priced. Ate at Little Sicily one night, following a review seen on Airbnb. Good food, very reasonable. Ate at Uno Momento in town also, which we highly recommend. Thank you for the wine that greeted us upon arrival!

I found Kay to be a helpful and responsive host. The apartment is exactly as in the photos and written description with high quality furniture and furnishings. It was easy to check in , Kay was waiting for us with the keys and parking permit and showed us around the apartment. We didn't move our car at all so the parking permit was a real boon. It was easy to walk from the apartment into the city and all of the attractions, bars and restaurants as it is downhill. We preferred to get a taxi back which were easy to find and not too expensive. I am happy to recommend Kay's apartment to others.

Nice apartment perfect for the football

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. Spacious and tastefully decorated. Lovely little garden with beautiful roses, overlooking the river. Lots of parking. Pub overlooking a marina only 5 mins walk away. Great pubs, bakeries and restaurants 5 mins drive away in the quirky and atmospheric Ouseburn area. the quayside a short walk. Jordan was very responsive. It was our son’s wedding and he kindly left a bottle of fizz. Highly recommend - 5 star all round. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a great location and is within close proximity to Hartlepool Station, and the town. Has most of the amenities in for a short stay but a few more bits may be needed for a long stay. Excellent place to stay for a quick visit to Durham - it was quiet, very clean and really well kitted out. The beds were comfy, and the heating switched on immediately and got the place toasty very quickly. The biscuits and milk were a nice touch. Could not fault it, and so much better then a comfort Inn or other generic chain hotel. Thanks for the perfect stay.

Lovely and clean. We only stopped 1 night as this was a stop off so we could get to our next destination. We arrived late after a long journey so didn’t explore the area. Instructions were clear to get to the property and how to access the key. Alison responded to our messages quite quickly.

Lovely clean quiet space with well thought out amenities .. if you want a night in full kitchen utensils provided. King size bed ( a must for me) and a bath which again I love after a days walking. Walking distance to butchers, greengrocers and 24hr Morrisons along with great pubs . Recommend the triple cooked chips in the Green Dragon!

Excellent accommodation with an amazing view. The apartment was immaculate and very modern and well presented it had everything we required. The bed was so comfy. It’s a great location to restaurants and it’s such a quiet and peaceful place with great parking. There is also a lift which was handy. Instructions were very good for check in and check out and the apartment was exactly like the pictures. I’d definitely recommend a stay here and will be back.

Very clean and tidy place with a lovely vibe to it for a night away

May was a very accommodating and understanding host. We felt right at home. The serene and quiet environment was just what we needed to enjoy a very relaxing rest after toiling through Durham during the day.

I am thankful to Dushyant for his fantastic and friendly hosting. Dushyant's place is very secure and pleasing. The stay at this place is worth having good discussions and qualitative talks regarding the vacation around. I had a wonderful time at this place. The room as shown in the profile was the same, very up-to-date, crystal clean, and safe. The kitchen and washroom were clean and good to feel homely. Every aspect mentioned in the Airbnb Profile was the same as I experienced. This is rare to find. I would recommend him for the super host. He was genuine and supportive at times of any help. Suzie and Dan were wonderful hosts. They were always responsive and took care of any of our needs as guests. The welcome book was very informative, highlighting information such as where the closest hospital and vet was- very useful. The house and cottage were beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here, the surrounding grounds were amazing, and very dog friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!! Hot tub was immaculate so was the cottage , sofa and bed extremely comfortable and clean. Would 100 percent return here!! Only thing I think it should be 11am checkout and 2pm like alot of other lodges/cottages. Thanks for the little break

Stay at this place was absolutely great. Janny was so kind and so sweet, and made me feel right at home. Located only like a 3 minute walk away from a great area of town with lots of fun things to do, yet while you’re in the apartment you feel tucked away in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved stay here, thank you guys!!

Stayed here for a night with some friends for a birthday get together.. we all had a fab time and couldn’t believe how amazing the place was inside, even more amazing in person than the pictures! So much detail and space, almost feels magical I don’t think you could have the same experience in a regular hotel or home. So much effort has been made to make the place enjoyable and comfortable. Couldn’t thank Jennifer and Brian enough for welcoming us and being so friendly and helpful, overall great experience we had a fab time! We will be back Thankyou again xxx

The apartment was well located, close to city centre amenities and bars. Hot tub was switched on for us in advance so was lovely and hot when we wanted to use it! Bedrooms and whole apartment is really well presented and ‘high end’. The hosts had also included milks in the fridge and tea and coffee was also provided. Perfect for the six of us celebrating a birthday together!
