I had a great stay! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. The space was spotless and exactly as described, which made me feel right at home. Communication was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

It’s refreshing to stay somewhere that looks like the photos provided. I’d return here and can recommend for others. Very impressed with how tidy and clean it was, awesome location for tall people, very high ceilings which was great and didn’t feel claustrophobic here at all - rare in city. Host was very good and quick with communication, had a slight issue with something that was fixed immediately and without hassle. Only thing that would improve it would probably be more coffee haha! Good work nice place, thank you team.

Had a great stay, just like the pictures and the description of the Airbnb. Felt like a cozy at home apartment the only problem is parking very crowded neighborhood but besides that everything else was amazing.

Very clean and cozy, the shower and hot water was great, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Parking serves a bit of a challenge, but not to hard to find a street spot. Felt pretty safe in the area and would definitely stay again!

Overall great place to stay. Although tough to find parking on weekends; recommend not driving to location and using public if possible… if you are driving plan for parking as early as possible to avoid possible issues.

Erik's listing is just like the pictures; very clean, and in a very calm neighborhood, with just a few minutes walk to Newark Penn Station. the restaurants in the area are very hospitable and offer extremely flavorful dishes. Erik was very detailed and timely in his communication.

Fidel was very friendly and provided plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to go. I had a late check in, but he provided a tour of the apartment and amenities, and always made sure to say hello when we crossed paths. The apartment was beautifully styled and it is obvious that a lot of thought, care, and planning was put into the space. The bed and couch were very comfortable, and the kitchen had anything you could need during your stay. The apartment is also very convenient to local restaurants and shops.

This space is exactly as described and super close to the train station to take you to NYC. Very clean and Mohamed was very quick to respond any time I had a question or issue. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll definitely be staying again!

I truly enjoyed my stay; I was here for a week. Aida and Arianny were accommodating and the place was very clean and comfortable! Aida is kind — she made me this amazing tea and whenever I would run into her outside we would have a great conversation. The neighborhood is quiet as well.

The location was super convenient! it's a beautiful, walkable neighborhood with lots of great restaurants close by. The place was clean and it had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. Initially we were a bit worried about the inflexible check-in time, but the cleaning lady was extremely helpful and allowed us to leave our suitcases earlier, so everything turned out fine. I'd rent this place again if I visit Montclair in the future.

Really nice well maintained apartment and great location. As per other reviews, there's great transport links directly from Newark into NYC. But the local area is also very nice, with a lot of local restaurants. A great park just a few minutes walk with soccer field, basketball, playground Plenty of local shops. Would recommend!!

Very responsive and nice. Place was very clean and she put out the air mattress without us even having to ask! Would recommend staying here to someone else.

Me and my family very much enjoyed staying the nights we did. The house was very homey & it was such a quiet area. The backyard was beyond lovely I wanted to grill my last day there but the weather was so off. Other than that I’d book over and over again. 10/10 in my book.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

Ed was very easy to communicate with, we had questions or wanted clarification and he was fast to respond in a very friendly and welcoming manner. This place was super clean, and comfortable.

My sister and I had a short overnight stay and we absolutely loved it! It’s such a cute place. It was just as described and perfect for the night. The host was very quick and responsive to our inquiries. The building is very easy to find and we felt safe with security in the building. The neighborhood is nice. The day of check out we walked around and ate at a local restaurants. We definitely will be back and recommend!

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
