Had an awesome stay at this cozy and stylish pool villa! It’s in a great spot—just 15 mins from the airport, and there’s a shortcut to a nearby area with lots of good restaurants and cafes. The villa itself is super clean, with fresh bed linen, a comfy vibe, a huge TV, and fast, reliable WiFi. The pool and outdoor jacuzzi were spotless and perfect for relaxing. There’s even a parking space right in front of the house. Big shoutout to the host, Ploysi—she’s so kind and helpful, and her food and cafe recommendations were spot on. Would definitely come back!

atmospheric, stylish, private. One of the best houses you can find in Chiang Mama, if possible, would be happy to extend for a month. the only thing that caused confusion was the presence of fake books on the shelves. It is worth saying that we met them in all the houses of Chiang Mai, where we stayed. but it's even funny, I've never seen this in my life:)

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa for our New Year celebration. The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommended for group gatherings or special occasions!

Comfortable hotel in an amazing location. Right next to a weed bar with a pool where you can ask to DJ your own music. Very friendly and responsive staff. Only thing to note is that you end up with a room on the second floor you’ll hear the music from next door until midnight. Staff warned us about this during check-in and it was no problem for us, but definitely aim for a first floor room if you’re not there to party.

The landlord is really very nice, the car is also very convenient, the house is very clean, very cozy, the location is also very good, the location is also very close to everywhere, it is also very close to the airport, suitable for short and long stays are very good, I don't want to leave, I will definitely go again next time.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

Napat’s place is very stylish and detailed. This is very nice place to stay in Nimman area. Walkable to many nice Cafes and Restaurants 🫶🏻

Stayed with my family for a week and felt like a home. The hosts tooks great care of us and made us breakfast every morning and took care of laundry and more! We loved the pool and feel of the place. Highly recommend it.

It was my fantastic stay than I expected. Highly recommended in Chiangmai ! I love breakfast that was so different from the others, very traditional and healthy. All staffs were so friendly and helpful. The house, I stayed was so impressive and all the decorations are so unique. The bed is so comfortable even staying in the wooden traditional house. The night Sunday walking street market which is the most famous market in Thailand now, is just a 5 minutes walk. Chiangmai is so amazing!!! I won't forget my special time in BaanBooLOo. I definitely will be back in BaanBooLOo again.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

This trip I was planning for a long time, thanks for Gali ,Fatima ,and their team, they gave me lots of help, also the house was so beautiful and perfect! Highly recommend for all of you to stay a few nights, it’s gonna be very worth it! Love this place!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet, private, excellent neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, 7-11, grocery store, nail salons- all within walking distance. The hosts were so lovely, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was cleaned every morning by 1 or 2 lovely staff who also brought breakfast. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon heat and kept the kids entertained, plus a beautiful lounge area around the pool for relaxing. The location is not far from the old city either- less than 10 min red truck ride to the Tha Phae Gate. Thank you Kat and Bobby for these wonderful accommodations.

The staff at the villa were extremely helpful. They organised a cake for a family celebration, did daily laundry and helped with organising trips. The villas were cleaned and replenished daily. It was a 10 minute walk to the old city but peaceful location. On arrival we were provided with fruit, milk, water and they were provided on a daily basis. Airport transfer was arranged and check in and out was flexible. Would definitely recommend and return.

Host is very kind, flexible and helpful. The house is very new, clean and a lot of comfortable. Moreover the decoration is modern style and beautiful. So i like this house and i am surely to stay J this house again.

The house is🏠 higher than our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, the bedrooms are bright and spacious, each room has a private bathroom, quiet and elegant, the living room is large enough, the kitchen is open, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchen, it is also very convenient to do a meal for more than a dozen people. It is also very convenient to do laundry, dry clothes equipment, go out and play back, leisure, drink tea in the yard, chat, or swim in the water, it is also a good choice for friends to have a holiday party.

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips that made our stay even better. We especially loved the pool. It truly felt like a home away from home. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back if we’re ever in the Chiang Mai again. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in this neighborhood of Chiang Mai! easily accessible in Grab, in the center but not too much and with a nice street life. A nice place nearby for delicious breakfasts. the accommodation was well organized clean, and upon arrival, water and small snacks were offered to us! Really, I recommend it!

Stayed in many places found this to be one of the best places I’ve stayed in hosts easy to get in touch with and respond straight away

It is made of teak wood, so there are no bugs and all conditions are good.

I'm satisfied, it's beautiful. I had a great experience staying with a friend. I'll have to choose this place next time.

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.
