The villa is 540 square meters, the single wooden building is in the corner of the villa's courtyard, there is only one bedroom is upstairs, there is a private bathroom, there are wooden chairs on the outside walkway balcony, open large open room downstairs, large wooden table and long wooden bench, outdoor kitchen, oven.Cozy, romantic and absolutely private, is a great friend and family vacation home.The entire villa is fully furnished and equipped. Natural house rice field view. Natural house like countryside. There is a view of the fields from September to December. The house uses old wood. Newly built. Quiet. Only 10 steps to cafes and restaurants. Ban Thong Chai and shops such as silver shops, cotton clothes shops and woodwork. The atmosphere is like relaxing in the countryside, but very close to the city. Only 11km from Chiang Mai Airport./Night safari/Botanical/and many other Nanchat schools, famous temples such as Wat Doi Kham, easy to get around.

This is a nature-lover's paradise. On the edge of the forest but close enough to the city, this is a special place. You can lie in bed with all the windows open and feel like you live in the trees. We have installed a very functional kitchen with a large fridge and everything else you may need for self-catering. We also offer home-cooked meals for those who don't want to cook. It is twenty minutes from the airport and we can arrange transport for you. It feels far from the city but it is not!

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again! Had a great stay at this location! Beautiful and extremely authentic feel. Great location with walking distances to many restaurants and attractions. Went during peak season so keep in mind the houses are made of wood and temperatures can reach up to +40 some days and can get toasty but bedrooms do have A/C and fans. Host is extremely reliable and made sure we were extremely well taken care of. Even offered us a choice of house upon arrival and even offered again to switch us if we felt the other suite was colder. Provided us with lots of recommendations of activities. Super private location just blocks away from the heart of the city!

The room is big and nice, and the whole wood house area is quiet and comfortable. bob is a gentle and friendly host.It is suitable for those who have transportation.We ride from here to the ancient city for about 20 minutes a day, for us who come to Chiang Mai to visit often, it's more comfortable than the ancient city, and it's a great value for money, and I hope to stay here again next time. ^_^

There are not even words to describe how comfortable, peaceful, and absolutely amazing our farm stay was! It is about a 20 min taxi ride (about $5) to the city center. Totally worth leaving the center for the peace and quiet of the farm! The birds, frogs, crickets, and other animals sounded beautiful to wake up to each morning. A traditional Thai breakfast was cooked for us each morning at the farm, using the herbs from the garden! We traveled with 3 kids (6,10,12) and 6 adults. Still pretty happy that our kids did not get trampled by the water buffalo when they did not listen and wait for the farmer to take them to visit the animals!! They offer an excursion for outside guests to learn about local farming techniques which you can pay for and join. There were only a few during the day, away from the cabins, and after 5pm it was very private and peaceful! Highly recommend this beautiful place in Chiang Mai!
