Exceeds all expectations! It’s a perfect option for a large group: the house is cozy, well-equipped, and situated in a quiet area just minutes from the center. The atmosphere feels like a tropical bungalow by the ocean — a real peaceful oasis. Very comfortable furniture and many small details that were made with care - for example, they left a treat for our pet. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly, highly recommended!

The host sent the check-in guide a day in advance, the check-in was smooth, the response was timely, and the communication was smooth. The villa is very clean, the view is very good, the view of the second-floor balcony is also very good, it is not too comfortable to sit on the balcony and blow the breeze every evening to see the sunset! I came with the whole family this time, and the family loved it.It's also easy to hail a taxi, ordering takeaway, and will come back next summer!

You can go to Old Town, Bancang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only subtle lighting, it's really emotional. You know, it doesn't mean that you can use it 24 hours a day, right? It was very comfortable with a large table and chairs in the accommodation The fridge was also quite large, so it was very convenient. However, it is not a floor mat, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the spear was a wooden spear, The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. It's quiet and the location is good. I was very satisfied with the value for the money. I recommend it.

Spacious room, close to the old town (20 min walking distance), close to a lot of local cheap resteraunts. Very clean room and middle soft bed. Host is very service-minded answered very fast and if there was something i needed it got fixed ASAP. Very fast internet, i could study and watch movies with out any lag. Everything in the apartment was working fine. The apartment is excellently isolated from outside insects. Many cute cats near the house. A middle sized pool is a plus. I would recommend this place for longer stays in chiang mai, i lived there one month and would do it again :)

Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. Bob has built something really special here. Super helpful guy and really friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

My family is so fond of this forest cottage, especially the kids, love the pool, plants and all kinds of animal crawling at night (the host reminded that the tiger can be heard) Kids walking barefoot in the room and yard, this is what it feels like to live in nature.The yard is too big and happy to watch. We drove by ourselves, the location provided by the host was very accurate, found it right away, and also warmly ordered a bonfire for us because it was already dark when we arrived.A lot of fruits and bread were well prepared and we didn't finish eating it for a week. In addition, I clean the house every other day, change the sheets and pillowcases, but also to help wash the laundry, which is really convenient and comfortable during the trip. We stayed for a week before we fell in love with it.
