We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

This house is the perfect place to relax and get away. Being on the lake is so peaceful! We appreciate the host being flexible with check in and check out times and making everything so easy. We’ll definitely be back!!

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

I needed a place for my sisters, my daughter and my bestie to hang out with me for the weekend of my 70th birthday as my husband planned to have “the boys” over for drinks and carousing at our house which is half an hour from the Venue for my party. The venue was only 11 minutes away from this place so the location was ideal. We loved it! Beautifully decorated and furnished and equipped with a coffee maker that works! Lol, my coffee is very important to me. We ended up being 5 instead of 4 and we coexisted beautifully in this space for the weekend. This was definitely a good experience.

Such a well appointed and decorated home and such a wonderful host! If your travel plans include a stop in Peach Tree City, you must consider a stay here. Perfectly located in the heart of PTC with super easy access to the extensive golf cart/walking trails. Cassandra was such a kind and attentive host. We felt right at home and check in/check out was a breeze. We will definitely book here again!

The home was beautiful, very clean, helpful direction on checking in and checking out. Recommendations and emergency contact was also available. Over all, I had a great experience at this beautiful home.

The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for me and my family, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. My dogs, my friend, and I loved this place! It was quiet and was easy to get to the main roads for anything we needed. The bed was so comfortable! The dogs enjoyed the yard space. I would come back and recommend to others also!

Sandra was an AMAZING host! She was very helpful from our check in, all the way to our check out. Our trip had come with a lot of unexpected twists and turns, and Sandra was always readily available to help us during our stay. 10/10, would recommend and definitely stay again! ❤️❤️

We enjoyed our stay vey much at Martini Shot. The Quiet and peaceful surroundings made us feel relaxed, and we loved sitting on the back patio at night to talk. The house was very clean with an open floor plan, so plenty of space for our family.

Very quiet and really enjoyed watching the planes take off! It’s not easy maintaining property but for the age of the house it’s in pretty good shape. Does need touching up of the floors and the porch. Overall I would stay again if needed.
