Holiday rentals with beach access in Hampton Bays

Cozy, well appointed apartment on a tranquil property in the woods. Short drive to the woods and to downtown Sag Harbor. All in all, a great pied-a-terre for our week in the Hamptons.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend in late May. The complimentary beach pass parking is nice, would love to have been here in the summertime. Cozy bed and very clean place. TV has all the apps. Food in the area was a bit hit or miss but I suppose it is the Hamptons.

We loved Jamie’s place. The location is PERFECT (right on the edge of downtown Sayville), and has convenient parking, too. Instructions to get in were waiting in our inbox as soon as we got off the plane. Super convenient to Islip airport. The space is immaculate. Perfectly clean, everything looks new and is imperfect working order. Well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessities. The AC is a STRONG unit. When it comes on - it’s ON! If You’re a light sleeper you might notice, but it didn’t bother us at all. Internet was fast and strong throughout the flat (although it’s not that big, of course). The friends we were visiting loved it so much they’re going to start recommending it to all their guests!

I love this place. Perfect but what we were looking for. Walking distance to access beach. Overlooking the pier. Very clean and check in with.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. I will be back again. if you looking for an awsome place to stay look no futher!!! this is thr place to go!! this family is wonderfully and beautiful people. It was such a pleasure spending a weekend in Claire’s studio. The studio is very clean and comfortable, and my wife and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare a dinner one night and make our own pour-over coffee in the morning. We also loved hearing the birds as we woke up in the morning. And the location is terrific—an easy walk to the Southhold town center and a quick drive to other surrounding attractions like Greenport, nearby beaches, and wineries. Highly recommend!

Alisa and Lena's place was really cute, private and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Also you can walk a few short blocks to a bird sanctuary!

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

This is an absolutely beautiful home. It felt warm and cozy from the minute we walked in. Marla was kind enough to let us check in early, which allowed us to get the most of our first day in the Hamptons. She responds very quickly when you reach out. The location was perfect. It is very close to so many things to do. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, plenty of room and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this home!

The house has an incredible location, walkable to town but quiet, with a large private backyard with a pool. The house is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. It was cold and rainy during our stay in late May, but the heating system worked very well. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook dinner, but it would be helpful to have a colander to rinse vegetables and berries. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

I booked Jennifer’s listing for a girl’s weekend getaway with my friends and she went above and beyond with her communication, recommendations, and hospitality. She was quick to answer any questions I had and her house was beautiful, remote, and peaceful. Even though we didn’t have the best weather, we still were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard and heated pool, and the house was spacious enough for all 8 of us to stay comfortably! Overall we had a lovely stay in the Hamptons and will 100% be coming back! Thank you Jennifer!

Our group of 4 had a great stay at Riley’s! Location was super convenient, check in could not have been easier. We loved sitting on the deck outside and making an outdoor fire. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely setting in the woods. We loved the layout, including many windows with beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood that is very walkable. Seeing baby deer in the spring was an unexpected bonus. Spacious bedrooms with extremely comfy beds. Host responded quickly when we had an issue. The private beach is a fantastic feature and easy to access. Check in and check out were super easy.

I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay with my family!! We traveled out to attend a weekend family wedding. We needed the perfect place that could accommodate 7 of us, and also give us each enough of our own privacy. Alot of friends and family were also searching for the right airbnbs to stay in.. when we all got out there, everyone was bragging about where they were staying, but the verdict was ours was the best Airbnb! ..So glad it was available for us! Thank you Phil, I hope to be back there again one day, in the summer when the pool is open! Highly recommend 😁👍

Lisa and I enjoyed our stay at Laurens place. Felt right at home. Very clean, open space. We had the best time and did not want to leave. We will be back for sure.

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

You can not beat this location - quiet private beach right across the street, nice pool and about a 20 minute walk to town or super short car ride. The place is clean, as pictured and John was great to deal with. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic weekend spent in Montauk! Close to everything. Matthew was quick to respond to my questions before we arrived. Would defiantly book again!
