This has to be the best Airbnb.I ve ever stayed in , it's got full sky tv everything is brand new , the furniture , the beds , the bathrooms , the kitchen , will definitely stay here again good job Lynne

The property is located near the city and parks, we were able to walk around the area. The house was clean and looks exactly like the photos. Josephine was a great host!

Another fantastic stay at this lovely house in the most perfect location. Being able to head around the lake so easily is such a bonus. Tracy was very quick with all communication and queries I had. Everything you need is in the hosue and the bd very comfortable. # WIll definitely stay again when in Hamilton

Beautiful home, very private and a quiet neighbourhood, right across the street from Hamilton Golf Club. Stunning views from the living room. Big bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and a large open kitchen. Coffee shop and cafes close by as is fantastic bike trail along the river. It was so cold when we arrived that Angela even put the electric blanket on, and left some beverages in the fridge for us. So welcoming and a wonderful host, we will definitely be back when we travel for work to NZ again. Thank you so much Angela.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect close to everything we needed yet peaceful and quiet. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. One of our favorite features was the EV car charger such a great convenience and definitely appreciated. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in the area!

We stayed in Hamilton as a central location to do day trips to the places we wanted to go. Sarna's place was perfect for the three of us. It was a bit of a tight squeeze to get the car to the back of the house where we had a covered parking spot right next to the rental. Loved the kitchen and having the separate washer and dryer.

We had a great stay in Hamilton. The property was just like the photos, beautifully presented, and easy to get to. Lisa was an absolute gem to deal with. We will definitely return here if we ever need to return to Hamilton. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Lisa

This guesthouse is really satisfying! The room is spacious, making us feel very comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, enough for all of us to use. The place is kept very clean, which makes us feel at ease. I will definitely stay here again next time!

Janice was a joy to deal with. Her property was just as it was listed beautiful well set up and very comfortable for, four weary +60 age golfers from the Hawkes Bay Her communication throughout the entire process was 5-Star. from Coordinating her cleaning service with our arrival on day-1 giving us the opportunity to check in early if needed which was taken up at the time, but we were grateful of the offer. House was spot less and very comfortable with clear instruction from arrival to departure Thank you very much we had a wonderful stay. Great place for a short stay. Has everything you need and is close to town and all the restaurants. Even has a small office for work trips. Internal access garage is a bonus although won't fit a large SUV. Great spot!

For us, this is a 5 star facility. Carla communication made us feel at home in her home where we had the entire downstairs level. The bed is very comfortable and the seperate living room with TV is an excellent space to relax. Microwave, fridge and tea making bench in the internal garage is a very useful. I was able to park in the garage and close the door which I appreciated, seeing Carla was absent. We felt very comfortable and recommend this clean, neat and tidy stay. Separate shower and toilet room for our exclusive use, completed the great stay. Thanks, for having us in your centrally located apartment. It is all that we needed for an overnight visit to Hamilton.

Glenn and Jordan have really thought about what people want in an air bnb. comfortable beds , cleanliness, space and security. They even have some extras in the kitchen for you to use. We highly recommend their place to other guests and hope that we can stay again. Thanks for having us.

Richard was an excellent communicator and very flexible with arrival times. The apartment was large and comfortable with lots of thought put into making it a great experience. The beds were so comfortable I took a note to upgrade my own. The linen was wonderful too. No smart tv but lots of books. Good off street parking for two cars and the apartment was in a good location for travelling in from the south and heading north. Great stay. Thanks Richard!
