Very nice place to stay, convenient location. Pet friendly was a huge plus. We really enjoyed being so close to so many things, whether it be walking distance or a short drive. Will definitely book again!

A great stay in Cincinnati! Mike was very friendly and responsive. Neat and clean! Close to the highway and was very easy to find.

We were only in town one night for an event, but this place was amazing. The bathroom was gorgeous and the rest of the house was warm and cozy. We didn’t get to use the hot tub, but the backyard would have been a great area to relax. The area is very nice and peaceful while still being so close to anything you need. Overall, the space was very clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to book again if we’re back down that way.

the home was absolutely beautiful and sooo comfy. felt like my own home away from home. and there was so many places near by to check out, restaurants close by. me and my girlfriend would love to come back some day. jordan was an amazing host, very sweet and attentive ♥️

Beautiful place to stay, it was perfect for me and my husband. It was close to everything which was so nice. It was a neat little neighborhood and we felt safe. Only downside is street parking, and no guarantee of there being parking by the house. But it wasn’t that bad, and the hosts had warned us beforehand. We would definitely recommend this place!!

So... Jennifer is a great host. The house is as described and is nice and clean. A few notes that are important if you are on the older side-- 1. There are stairs leading up-- the bottom one is starting to crumble a little so be careful. There is no railing on the stairs that lead to the basement and laundry-- so be aware on that front. The property itself is nice and clean-- and its on a relatively quiet block, but close to a not-so-nice area, so do be aware. The house is an older house-- so there is no way to really "be quiet" while walking around if others are sleeping. The floors are beautiful-- and loud. I gave it 5 stars because the host is great and the house is as advertised. Just be aware it is an older house with some of the flaws you'd expect in an older property. If you like the charm of an older house and not having neighbors stacked on top of you- -this could be perfect.

Suzi was very easy to communicate with. Stay was very comfortable and it was an easy trip to Miami of Ohio for graduation.

It was a beautiful stay and home! pristine, clean, comfortable. would definitely stay again! They had a glade plugin scent diffuser running that was very strong perfume smell, so I would message and ask in advance to not do that or unplug before arrival if you have migraine or asthma issues. Can't say enough good about how charming the spot was and the obvious love they put in to it.

I really enjoyed my stay! Charles was very helpful and always returned my messages! The place is small, but it is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay stress less! The area is so nice!!! I really enjoyed Eden Park. If was literally walking distance! There are restaurants within walking distance as well! Just follow the instructions and don’t go down the driveway and you’ll have a sweet time!

Absolutely loved the shower, the smart home was cool. And the bed was super comfy. Definitely worth every penny spent. Definitely would stay again!

April’s place was a 20 minute walk to local restaurants & bars. We stayed one night for a Red’s game. Location was quiet, easy to get to, street parking. Just enough space for 2 adults staying for a day or a few that just want a place to sleep and get ready for the day.

This was our second staff in Chris's apartment. We were in the area for a sports tournament in Lebanon, OH, which is about a 30 min drive from the apartment--no longer of a driving distance than the Cincinnati hotels we could have considered. We love the neighborhood with it's well-maintained historic homes. If you want dining choices that are nearby, there's plenty to pick from. Findlay Market and downtown is about a 10-15 minute drive. And the neighborhood is real close to the highway for easy access to go to other areas. Chris gives clear parking instructions, which is helpful because it's a busy street. And accessing the apartment is quite easy. Instructions to check out are also quick and easy. We were very comfortable and would stay again if we're back in the area.

I'm so glad I chose to stay here!! Lanique was so helpful, friendly, and responded fast! Felt right at home, has everything you need and friendly neighbors and easy to walk into the city also!! Will definitely be back when I'm back in Cincinnati!!

I absolutely loved my stay here and so did my pup! Alejandra was so responsive and the place was absolutely spotless upon arrival. The coffee shop downstairs was amazing! I am gluten free - all of their pastries were GF and tons of GF food options. Alejandra provided tons of local recommendations. I’m from cincy and haven’t spent much time in northern KY - but I will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a show at Ludlow's Garage..short, easy drive to venue. Apt is spacious, cozy and quaint. Loved the vintage decor and feel with many gems reminding us our childhood. Definitely recommend and we would stay here again!

Ryan’s place was exactly as described. His instructions are very clear and even included pictures of how to get to his unit from the street. As others have mentioned, the stairs to the unit are steep, so be prepared for that, but they didn’t bother us. The location is great for those wanted to see a game or go to OTR, but it’s in the middle of the city so they are some interesting characters walking around at times. We never felt unsafe and the unit is good with keeping out city noise. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is in a great location, safe, walkable to great shops, restaurants, parks, bars. We felt at home in this clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment. Everything we needed for our short stay was thought of, but would have been adequate if we stayed longer as well. Our experience was great, and we will be back for sure

Came into town for the weekend with my Mother and aunt for a concert! Was looking for something with no stairs and lots of room. This meet all my expectations and more! Would definitely stay again

Great location for visiting Cincy, just a block away from the streetcar and two blocks away from the park in OTR. Very lively corner. Well accommodated with beverages as well

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!
