Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hamilton County

The place was great and in a nice little town. Everything we needed was right around the corner! Thank you so much for having us!!

First time in Cincinnati! We were in town for a funeral. The home was EVERYTHING we were looking for! The hosts communicated in a timely manner and gave thorough directions. Private driveway, entire 3 bedroom home, entertainment! The home is EXACTLY as the pictures; extremely clean and equipped with literally everything you need!! Extra extra towels and linen… the street is kinda busy but it didn’t affect the PEACEFUL of this gem!! We simply could not have asked for more!! Thank you sooo much for providing such a welcoming environment. We literally felt at home!

The place was very cozy, it felt like home. My children were very pleased.

We had a nice stay at the property while in town for our niece's high school graduation. Located on a quiet street and was close to everywhere we needed to go. Check in was extremely easy and the property was just as described. We had no issues for the two nights we stayed there. The king bed in the master suite upstairs was extremely comfortable! I was most impressed by the response time to any inquiries - there was almost no delay, with responses coming within minutes of my message even for routine things, such as informing them on checkout. Would definitely stay at the property, or others they own / manage, again.

I was so glad to stay in this location! Columbia Tusculum is a neighborhood I’ve been wanting to spend time in and Garret’s place was perfect. Alyson was always super quick to respond and give guidance on little things like parking. This was the perfect spot to stay in to enjoy all Cincinnati has to offer!

So... Jennifer is a great host. The house is as described and is nice and clean. A few notes that are important if you are on the older side-- 1. There are stairs leading up-- the bottom one is starting to crumble a little so be careful. There is no railing on the stairs that lead to the basement and laundry-- so be aware on that front. The property itself is nice and clean-- and its on a relatively quiet block, but close to a not-so-nice area, so do be aware. The house is an older house-- so there is no way to really "be quiet" while walking around if others are sleeping. The floors are beautiful-- and loud. I gave it 5 stars because the host is great and the house is as advertised. Just be aware it is an older house with some of the flaws you'd expect in an older property. If you like the charm of an older house and not having neighbors stacked on top of you- -this could be perfect.

This is our second time to stay here, and once again we were very pleased. The location was perfect for us, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It was an easy walk to downtown Loveland, where we ate several times. We highly recommend this rental.

We couldn't of asked for a better place to stay on our vacation!! Definitely had the home vibes but clean and kept up like a hotel!! Will definitely be recommending this house to people for there stays!!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Cincinnati! The location was perfect; close to tons of restaurants, activities, and everything the city has to offer. The space was super clean, well-stocked, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was easy and convenient, which was a huge plus. The host was also incredibly kind and communicative, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and would like to check out his other spots too! I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wanted a new place to stay in the area. Checked out Cari’s place. It was really nice. Easy access to the interstate makes exploring the area easy. Plenty to do within a 15 minute drive. It’s located on a dead end street so there was not much traffic. Nice back yard for your pup, we kenneled ours because we had a long day Sunday and he’s a big dog that likes his outside time, but will bring him next time. Her place is just like the photos with everything you need. Extra bedding is in the closet if you need it. Cari gave us clear check in and check out instructions. Keyless entry made it easy to check in. Definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a spot in the Newport area.

It was a nice place for my family and some of my husbands family to stay at while in town for a wedding. Easy to find and get into! Had pretty much everything we needed for our stay! Would book again!

We loved it, we were looking for something inexpensive in the heart of the city and it was such a great find! Location couldn't be more ideal--easily walkable to Findlay market and downtown, literally across the street from Washington Park (which had stuff going on every evening) and a (free!) trolley stop. Really comfortable space also, and even cuter than the pictures do justice.

We came from Florida for our daughter's graduation and the place was perfect not to close to the real city of all the noise but yet 7- 20 mins from everything you need. My husband love the fact it was an old building and loved that it still has some of the original things. Thank you for having us and we enjoyed our stay. Taste of Cincinnati was a lot of fun and lots of delicious food and drinks.

This was our second staff in Chris's apartment. We were in the area for a sports tournament in Lebanon, OH, which is about a 30 min drive from the apartment--no longer of a driving distance than the Cincinnati hotels we could have considered. We love the neighborhood with it's well-maintained historic homes. If you want dining choices that are nearby, there's plenty to pick from. Findlay Market and downtown is about a 10-15 minute drive. And the neighborhood is real close to the highway for easy access to go to other areas. Chris gives clear parking instructions, which is helpful because it's a busy street. And accessing the apartment is quite easy. Instructions to check out are also quick and easy. We were very comfortable and would stay again if we're back in the area.

We had a great weekend at "The Kimberly " weather was beautiful definitely enjoyed the morning sun coming through windows while drinking coffee in the cozy part of Covington, Ky. I would definitely recommend staying again for summer events 👌.

The environment was welcoming. Nice parks nearby, and cool little stores. Cera was amazing and my kiddos loved playing with her kiddos, a lot of fun stuff for them to do in the backyard. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

This place is so cute—everything as described, super clean and adorable decor! Easy check in/out process. Wonderful communication from the host! We’d definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

I have stayed multiple times and enjoy it every time.

Sid was very responsive to all messages and we were able to get right in. Secure parking was easy and walkable to OTR and downtown spots. Wouldn't hesitate to book in a second next time we are in town.

Came into town for the weekend with my Mother and aunt for a concert! Was looking for something with no stairs and lots of room. This meet all my expectations and more! Would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed staying at SID‘s Airbnb. It was walkable to a lot of places that we’d like. There are a lot of good restaurants, and bars around this area. There was a bagel shop right next-door that we ate at twice. Our last night we ate across the street and Che, which has Argentinian cuisine. Wonderful empanadas ..It’s close to the connector so it was easy to go to the Reds game. We definitely recommend staying here. We felt safe the whole time we were there and Sid has a parking pass so we didn’t have to pay for the parking.

Recommended and I would stay here again if in Cincinnati. Firstly Christina's apartment is great - it has the feel of a New York Brownstone with a very large kitchen/diner/living room space, with 2 good doubles at the back, making them cooler and away from the market at the front. We were 3 adults staying Monday through Saturday. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are large, the apartment was very clean and the sort of place we were happy to spend time in. Secondly, the location is great - right in Findlay Market which provided a nice buzz as well as some great food shops. There is also a super low-key wine bar downstairs right beside the apartment. Findlay is at the top end of the OTR area, which was not a problem for us as we were happy walking, but there is a free tram going downtown, and rideshares were cheap. The inclusion of a space in the Findlay carpark was a bonus, saving $20 a day on parking. Christina's comms were excellent throughout.

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!
