Apartment holiday rentals in Hamilton County

The apartment is spacious, inviting, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and sunny views. The location is private and secure, yet conveniently located to popular restaurants, shops, public transit, and entertainment! We parked our car at the Mercer Commons garage without issue. It was refreshing to enjoy a walkable city.

Katarina's place was just as described with great view of the city! Quick easy drive to catch a Reds game! Communication was great.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at House on the Hill. We loved it so much we came back and will continue to do so when visiting Cincinnati. My girls and I love the mattresses, pillows and blankets. All are so soft and comfy. We love them so much we don’t bring our own as we usually do. It’s very hard to get out of bed because it’s so comfy. The kitchen is beautiful. I wish I could bring it home with me. We brought our own food this time and everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner was all available. We were blessed to have parking easily available right outside the BNB during the day, but if you come in late at night you may have to park down the road a little bit. We didn’t mind though. Jennifer also had the BNB ready and allowed us to check in 2 1/2 hours early. She was also kind enough to let us stay a little longer for checkout as we had an appointment later that day and wanted to stay until closer to the appointment time. Thank you Jennifer!

Great location and great stay.

This place was great to stay at! My only issues with the place was that the upstairs and next door neighbors were so loud so early/late that we had trouble sleeping too well. It is in a busy city location so the sound of cars/people outside also added to the noise, so be aware location-wise. But it was so close to everything we needed and we felt very safe there! The whole place was very clean, but the floors seemed to not be as cleaned as the rest of the furniture for some reason, which I have seen other reviews about. But overall, good price and a nice and safe place that was very convenient, and the host was very responsive and helpful with any questions!

Great space! We felt right at home. Always found close street parking. Super easy to get into the apartment building and apartment. Super cute decor and very clean. Had everything we needed. Close proximity to restaurants and things to do. Would stay here again!

Great spot, I've been two times now when we're in town and we love how walkable it is and how clean and spacious the apartment is!

We loved our short stay at this spot. The host communicated well and navigating check in and parking was a breeze. We also loved the location, which was very walkable to parks, restaurants, breweries, etc. We had an issue with the WiFi one evening but Eric and team were very responsive and got the situation resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend this spot!

I was looking for a place for my friend and our 3 teenage boys to stay and this place was perfect. I particularly looked for a place that was walkable and with a balcony and this place had both. One thing to note is to make sure you consider all parking options first. I figured we’d park in the Findlay garage because it was the closest but there was an event so we paid $40 and then had a hard time leaving the next morning. This is no fault of the Chris is Chris, just something to consider for your stay. We will be staying with Chris and Chris properties in the future. :-)

We had a great stay! Robby’s place was just as pictured, with a huge selection of games. The location was convenient and walkable for all we wanted to do. Robby was so responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Beautifully decorated and cozy. The third bed wasn’t what I expected but it worked for one night. Just uncomfortable and didn’t have sheets. Ruth was very responsive and said they would have had some over to us had I reached out before we left so it is no fault to them! I would absolutely stay here again!

Katarina hosted a great experience for my friends and I who were in town for a wedding! Place was exactly as described and near some cool things to do downtown. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in Cincinnati!

The apartment was very clean and modern. It had pretty much everything we needed: Towels, hair dryer, soap, a well-stocked kitchen, even tea and coffee. The only thing we might have added would be an ice tray. The place was very clean and a nice place to wind down between activities. We were a 15-20 minute drive from city activities, but the neighborhood itself is not walkable. We didn't try the public transportation because bus rides to the places we wanted to visit were about an hour ride. Expect to have to drive. The good news is the parking is very convenient with its own lot! There are some restaurants nearby, and Factory 52 was a really cool place to go on the evenings we had nothing planned. (Thank you to the hosts for great restaurant and activity recommendations and that walking tour book!). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, and the host was accommodating and responsive.

Cute little apartment close to lots of restaurants/casino/stadium! Perfect for a weekend in Cincinnati

This place is so cute—everything as described, super clean and adorable decor! Easy check in/out process. Wonderful communication from the host! We’d definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

Great stay

This has been one of the best locations I have stayed in recently, there is sooo much to do and within walking distance including amazing coffee shops, bars, restaurants, convenient stores, and fun boutique shops. Everyone in the group also felt safe walking around the area, even at night. We enjoyed all the space and having a bathroom in every single bedroom. Chris and Chris were very responsive and proactive, overall a special, unique stay in Cinci!

Beautiful new place with elevator access. I felt safe because there is no way inside without a key fob. The only issue that so had was trying to get my fob out of the lockbox. I found it OK, but I could not get the box to open, which was frustrating to me. However, the host responded very quickly and proactively switched me to a different residence to overcome the challenge.

Great views of the Cincy skyline. Walked to hofbrauhaus, brothers, pins and OTR.

A very comfortable place and great location. The host was kind, welcoming, friendly, and helpful with any questions or needs. Made me feel at home. Overall a great stay.

Stayed in Cincinnati for the weekend, this location allows for walking to many bars and restaurants. Parking was just as described, had no issues with the door codes or free parking pass. Great little spot!
