We stayed at Rocio’s place to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience. Her home was absolutely stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Rocio was super accommodating and very responsive from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. One of the highlights for our family was having a TV in every room, which made relaxing easy for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed, making it feel just like home. Traveling with babies can be tricky, but Rocio went above and beyond to provide everything we needed to make their stay more comfortable, which we deeply appreciated. If you're looking for a great place to stay in the Hallandale or Aventura area, don’t hesitate to book Rocio’s home. It’s absolutely worth it!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Would love to book again. We didn’t realize how far out it was from South Beach but it was worth coming back to every night. Really enjoyed the pool. I was shocked to see the number of iguanas that patrolled the area in the morning but that isn’t a complaint. The hosts provided basic necessities for us. They were very responsive when we needed them especially come check out. 10000000 / 5 star rating for me.

The king-sized bed offered unparalleled comfort, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay. We especially loved the hammock—it became our favorite spot for morning coffees and sunset reflections. The outdoor BBQ area was a delight. Grilling under the stars and dining al fresco added a special touch to our evenings. The home's location is ideal—just a short drive to the vibrant city scene and the serene beach, yet it feels like a secluded oasis. Christina was exceptional, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable. Every detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, was meticulously curated for guest comfort. This property truly exceeded our expectations. I had a great stay! It was spotless, private, and exactly as described. It was easy to access, tucked away in a serene and peaceful setting—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the hosts clearly put thought into making the space comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect retreat for us. We were able to cook breakfast daily; spices, oil , frying pan, all the basics. Comfy beds and decent bathroom. Samantha always got back to us very quickly. We walked to Whole Foods for muffins.

The pictures didn't do this place enough justice, as soon as we arrived we were amazed! It was absolutely beautiful and so clean. Every bedroom was gorgeous and even better than hotels. Would highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stat at Pines resort very gorgeous house absolutely wonderful Airbnb absolutely enough space and super clean and comfortable and very spacious the back yard was my absolute favorite!!! Took my my daughter and 10 friends and they was living in luxurious

Wonderful place to stay in the Miami Dade area. Short distances to Miami Beach, Port Miami, Brickell, and many other cool places. Cozy and up to date place to stay! Highly recommend! Very responsive hosts!

Aside from there being a slight termite issue everything was perfect. Perfect size and location. We absolutely loved the stay and slept well. Thank you all again for the stay ! I would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend this place! We loved everything about our stay, and Deniz went above and beyond as a host. Perfect location, close to everything but tucked away on a quiet street and right on the river! We loved sitting on the dock watching the boats go by, and the easy walk to the beach. The water taxi even picked us up right at the property! We also enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard, and renting the nearby B Cycle bikes to explore the area. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We messaged Deniz to ask if there was a blender somewhere and she had one delivered within the hour. Slept great every night. There’s nowhere else I would stay in Fort Lauderdale!

Nice and clean, the free shuttle around town was great since my friends and I aren’t old enough to rent a car. The pool at the place was also nice to have if we didn’t want to go to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Loved my stay, such a beautifully designed and pristine loft with everything you could need! I felt very comfortable and cozy for my first time in the area. Dee was very helpful during check-in and always responsive; she also provided great spots to explore in Ft. Lauderdale. So happy with my experience and couldn’t ask for anything more!

I would stay again. The only thing i didnt like is the refrigerator didnt keep the soda cold enough. Nice place and location was good i took my service dog and the park behind the house was a Awesome place to walk in the mornings

Kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The bedrooms were spacious & decorated,& the beds were incredibly comfortable. Every room had a TV with full connectivity, and there were even gaming consoles for entertainment, which was a fantastic! The dining area was perfect for enjoying meals together, & the entire home was spotlessly clean & well-maintained. Hans was an exceptional host always available, quick to respond to any questions & incredibly helpful. His attention to detail & dedication to providing a great guest experience made a huge difference. I highly recommend this property.

Great host! Everything was so perfect!

We booked this spot for a bachelor weekend in Miami and it did not disappoint! The house had everything a crew of guys could want—tons of space to hang out, sleep, and rally for the next round. Plenty of room to spread out, great common areas to pregame, and super easy to get to all the Miami hotspots. Only a couple hiccups: we thought there was going to be a hot tub (would’ve been clutch), there was a bit of an ant invasion out back, and the grill was a little finicky. But honestly, those were minor in the grand scheme—we had an epic weekend and the house was the perfect home base. If you’re planning a bachelor trip or big group getaway in Miami, this place is a great choice. Would 100% stay here again!

Staying in this house was wonderful. I was vacationing with my family and didn’t find a single downside. The pool, lounge area, and billiards table were amazing. The host was very responsive — whenever we had a question, we got a reply almost instantly. We will definitely come back to this clean and comfortable home on our next vacation.

Visited this place for a girls trip. We had the most amazing time and the house is perfect! Beds are comfy, enough washrooms, and the backyard was the perfect hangout spot by the pool. We hope to be back next year!

We had a wonderful time at Leo’s place! The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp, super clean, and had beautiful foliage all around! We so appreciate being able to bring our dogs and LOVED taking them on walks through the awesome neighborhood, so safe, beautiful, and walkable! The house is so lovely with lots of windows, comfy beds, and the best screened in porch! We spent HOURS enjoying the porch! It was a terrific stay and can’t wait to return!
