Rick & Claud were very accommodating and sweet! I stayed at their guest suite for six weeks and felt at home. They were very responsive whenever I needed anything. Everything worked in the unit as stated. The water pressure in the shower was great and the water gets HOT which I loved. Although it was a mini fridge, it held a good amount of food for my six week stay. The neighborhood was also nice! It’s about 5 mins from FIU for students. I took a walk to get my 10k steps in and felt safe the entire time. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. We thought we would drop our bags and head out but it was so peaceful and serene we ended up staying in and just enjoying the place.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in Fort Lauderdale. It was a cute and comfortable space with surprisingly large bedrooms and a living room that offered plenty of seating for relaxing or entertaining. Each room displayed some really lovely art featuring native birds. The full-size fridge and well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, which was a big plus. The location was also great—close to convenience stores and fast food options, and just a short drive to the beach and convention center. I would definitely book this location again for a future trip.

Maria’s house was absolutely perfect! The place was super clean and clearly newly renovated — everything felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. You can tell she takes great care of the home. This was home away from home. It had a cute ambiance and everything was clean and tidy. I’m currently in the middle of a move and it was everything my spouse and I needed. The check in process was easy and Ana was always responsive and available for questions or concerns. I have been living in Miami for a year and would recommend this place for those living here and for those visiting. Locations is also great as it is just a short drive to Calle 8, coconut grove, coral gables, the beach , etc. Would 100% stay here again.

Allen as a host 10/10 , flexible, carried my luggage when we arrived. Was very responsive, had a binder of things to do, everything in home was clean , had pots/pans/ ice maker , cooler/beach chairs ! The place was absolutely peaceful! Will definitely want to book again! Also he allowed us to meet his dogs Bam Ban and Reecee so cute! All instructions were clear! Absolutely no issues thank you for a wonderful stay !!

Beautiful beach condo. Great access to elevators and laundry! Convenient in and out parking. Liliana was a lovely hostess and very helpful during our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again.

I had an amazing stay in Miami! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — stylish, modern, and very functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotless upon arrival, and the self check-in process was seamless thanks to the clear instructions. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — right on the beach with private access, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami!

Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far!! Super clean and comfortable

Stayed at Derek’s place with my mom and my boyfriend and we absolutely loved our stay! The house was cozy and had everything you need and the backyard & sunroom were breathtaking. We appreciated the Welcome Book that was in the house with all the information about the house as well as recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. This was also my mom’s first time staying in an airbnb and this stay definitely converted her. We would stay here again for sure!
