Only 7 minutes to the nearest shopping and the Point Restaurant. We have a Canoe, 4 Kayaks, 2 Paddle boards and Life Jackets for guests. Nice view of Lee's Creek with direct access to the main lake. The home has 2 bedrooms (Added sunroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed) with 1 and 1/2 baths. Can utilize boathouse for docking and 2 kayaks for renters use. A great get-away for families and girls/guys weekends.
