t is a home away from home for 2-7 days stay in historical Buck Springs Division. Family picnic area, playground, nature trails, pier fishing and/or charter fishing on the Roanoke river. Imagine sipping lemonade on the long front porch, watching the moon rise and/or the sun setting on Lake Gaston. The house was great and larger than it seemed in pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed and all drawers were labeled which was very helpful. Beds and baths were clean and nicely decorated. The highlight for us was using the fire pit while watching the sun set over the beautiful lake. Bonus: were there over Christmas and were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, lighted tree in the home.

Wow, such an organized renter! We knew how everything worked and where everything belonged. We had a great Mother’s Day weekend here enjoying the dock, activities and tranquility. We were close to town for dinner and a coffee on the way out of town. We would stay again.

Jenn and Bob were great hosts! The lake was absolutely perfect for my family and what we were looking for. We had never heard of Lake Gaston or been to this part of NC but we are big fans now and will definitely be back. The amenities were great! Littleton is such a cute little quiet town. There were a few good restaurants close by but we enjoyed cooking most meals! We will certainly be back.

This was our family’s second visit to Jennifer’s Lake Gaston house for Thanksgiving and we so enjoyed our time there! The house is spacious with a beautiful and quiet location on the lake. It’s so generous of the host to allow use of the kayaks and canoe, which makes this place truly extra special. The dock and other outdoor spaces are also lovely and the area is great for taking long walks. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and Jennifer is an extremely responsive host.
