Small apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. Approx. 39 square meters. Near Binz S-Bahn station, 5 minutes to the main train station. Tram 13 and bus are nearby. The place is good for solo adventurers, business travelers, and couples. We are also happy to rent the apartment for a longer period of time. Regular cleaning with change of linens. Near Binz S-Bahn station. Bakery, grocery stores, restaurants, post office, Visa and nearby. 5-minute walk to Brunaupark shopping center, 10-minute walk to Sihlcity.

High-quality, comfortably and practically furnished, quietly located 2-room attic apartment (3rd floor, no elevator) in the popular Seefeld district. Lake, opera house and Stadelhofen train station, from which Zurich airport can be reached in 20 minutes, are within 2 minutes walking distance. The old town, Bahnhofstrasse and the Kunsthaus Zürich are within 10 minutes walking distance. Restful sleep in extra large bed 200cm x 200cm. This was one of my favorite Airbnb's I've stayed at - the apartment is in a great location (easily accessible to/from the tram and a quick walk uphill from city center), and Yvonne and Alan were very kind and friendly hosts. Additionally, the bedroom & shared spaces were very clean and comfortable, with the right amount of privacy and independence. I would love to stay at Yvonne's again on a return visit to Zurich in the future. Thank you!

Staying at Erik’s beautiful home in Enge was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—just a short stroll from the river, which made for lovely morning walks and peaceful evenings. The home itself is stunning, especially the balcony, which offers a serene spot to relax and enjoy the view. Erik is an incredibly kind and generous host. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—from offering delicious food and well-stocked coffee supplies to setting up the outdoor area perfectly on nice days. His home was spotless, particularly the bathroom, which was sparkling clean and well maintained. He also gave excellent directions and helpful local tips, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. And the best part? The great conversations. Erik is warm, thoughtful, and truly enjoyable to chat with. I can’t recommend this stay highly enough—thank you, Erik, for everything!
