"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

The cottage is located in a quiet natural area close to the water, and surrounded by a rich wildlife. The surroundings contribute to a feeling of being in a small forest, and there are often visits from birds, squirrels, hares, and deer just outside the window. In front of the cottage's large terrace there is a lovely lawn, and the place generally invites coziness and relaxation, and is very suitable for the family who wants secluded access to nature, where you can enjoy the fire pit, barbecue or maybe play ball.

There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!

Also ReePark, Scandinavian Animal Park, Kattegat Center with sharks. Free parking in front of the house. 900 meters to charging stations and light rail.

Bring the whole family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun and beach. Close to playland and water park. The home contains 3 rooms each with double bed, 1 children's room with junior bed and 1 cot and changing table. There is a sauna in the bathroom on the 1st floor. The house is located on the water side with only 300 meters to a very child-friendly beach. The beds are made and towels are provided for the number of guests booked.
