It pours in with sun from the large green garden with both south- and west-facing terraces and there is only 100 meters walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the woods on the edge of the slope to the sea.

I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

Man kan vandre mod Mols bjerge eller hurtigt være i Ebeltoft, stranden, Djurs sommerland eller Ree Park i bil. Boligen er ideel til 2-4 personer, men der kan laves ekstra sovepladser på hemsen. Der er IKKE TV eller WiFi.

På den anden side af vejen ligger en god legeplads; man kan holde øje med børne fra køkkenet og terrassen i huset.
