We were very happy that we were allowed to be the first guests in this beautiful, special accommodation of Feija. The house and garden are amazing and Feija is a great host. She even had a welcome gift for us and was always helpful and easy to reach. A great gem!

This was one of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in. It is spacious, filled with natural light, and impeccably designed. The pictures do not do it justice. Our teenager described it as MTV Cribs. We spent 3 nights here while visiting friends in Haarlem and would love to return again. What a dream.

The house was very clean and just like in the pictures! We were satisfied. We had a great time. Peter was also very friendly and accommodating! We would go back.

The villa was amazing, the views on the lake were perfect for a small getaway. Pien was also very responsive and helpful we loved our stay at the villa. Definitely coming back again when the weather is warmer

Everything was great and very pleasant. The rooms are very private, but it's Airbnb. Feel free to come back anytime. The surroundings are super nice very quiet and we found the stay very pleasant.

A really lovely home in a very nice area. Simone was a friendly and responsive host. About 30 minutes’ walk into the city centre. Haarlem is beautiful. Easy transport links to Amsterdam, beach at Zandvoort etc. As a family of two adults and four children (aged between 7 and 18) we had a wonderful holiday here.

We had the most fantastic week at Ivo's home. The house itself was spotless and we were welcomed with a beautiful basket of treasures for our stay as well as lovely soft bed linen and towels. It's very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities we required. A real home from home. The location is excellent. It was just a few minutes walk to the local shops and we especially loved the ice-cream boutique which serves the most delicious flavours. We used the train a few times to get to Haarlem and Amsterdam and the station is a short walk from the house. We didn't need to use our car the whole time we stayed there, preferring to cycle or walk. I cannot recommend Ivo's home highly enough.

Our stay was just wonderful. We liked the house, the place, the quiet neighborhood between Haarlem and Zandvoort, also close to Amsterdam and only a bike ride to the beautiful beaches. Willemijn and her family share a very cosy, beautiful decorated and family-friendly home and were very kind and helpful with everything. Thank you so much!

Lara’s place is great Everything was fine, very clean and convenient. The house is extremly cosy und we felt very comfortable. The place is authentic, a unique location and experience very close to Zandvoort and the beach. Recommended ! I‘m sure we would definitely stay here again.

We (family of 5 plus dog) enjoyed our stay a lot. Olivier is very responsive, helpful and all relevant information was easily available. Check-in worked really well. The house with its patio is beautiful and welcoming and offers a lot of space. The kitchen is very well equipped and clean. The bathrooms are functional, but we had to get used to the open showers. We very much enjoyed the possibility to play table tennis, use the (rather sturdy) bikes for excursions to Haarlem, the seaside etc. Places like Amsterdam, Leiden etc. are easy to reach from the house either by car or public transport. We can definitely recommend the house and would stay there again any time.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation with our daughter in Tessa’s beautiful, cosy and tastefully decorated private house and garden, with views and direct access to a park and Kennemer Duinen at the back door.

The contact was great and fast. Everything was taken care of and everything was well described on site. The house was very, very nice and the expectations were exceeded. Pictures and descriptions were very accurate and you felt very comfortable in the house and in the area. The surroundings (Haarlem or Zandvoort) are quick and easy to reach. Huge praise and definitely recommended!

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

Great time, super Host and awesome location

We loved our holiday at Esthers beautiful home. Esther had prepared eveything we could possibly need for our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The children loved their bedrooms and all the toys. The beautifully landscaped garden was fantastic with lots of areas to relax and socialise. The oversized pool chairs were so comfortable and soft and the pool was lovely and warm, even on the cooler days. There were plenty pool toys & inflatables for the kids. The family bikes were at our disposal (including 2 electric) and the bicycle lanes are excellent. The location is quiet and family friendly yet stones throw from Amsterdam by car.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

What a stunning property to have our week in the Netherlands with our blended family! Lucy is a fabulous host! Would thoroughly recommend her and would love to come back. We had lots of room to spread out in gorgeous peaceful surroundings with easy access to Heemstede, Haarlem, Amsterdam, and the coast. Thank you for letting us stay! It was a privilege!

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at this home! It was beautiful, clean, relaxing and extremely convenient to get around town via bus/metro. We walked every morning around town because the town is extremely charming with several restaurants and a market 2 blocks away. I made breakfast every morning in the beautiful kitchen which had everything one would need. The host was so incredibly amazing, he tracked my flight and knew I would be arriving hours before I told him I would be so he was waiting for us which was amazing after a long flight. He was so sweet, courteous and caring. We were greeted with a warm welcome and many, many treats for us in the refrigerator. From eggs, milk, selection of fresh breads, sweets, fruit, wine, a delicious pear juice, selection of deli meats, butter, and many more items. The warmest welcome we’ve ever received. As if that’s not enough, the AC worked great! The pics don’t do it justice. This is a must stay! Thank you so much for everything!!
