Holiday rentals with a patio in Haarlemmermeer

Easily the best experience I’ve had with AirBnB. Staying here was like our home away from home. It was a great place to relax after a busy day being tourists. The backyard is beautiful and the neighborhood is very peaceful. It’s close to transportation, a market, and restaurants. Comfortable beds, everything was very clean and the kitchen has everything you’d need. What truly set this experience apart is Jet’s hospitality! Snacks and drinks were left for us and there wasn’t several paragraphs of checkout instructions. Jet’s attitude is very much, “Please enjoy yourself… turn the off the lights and lock up when you leave.” The neighbors are also incredibly nice and were happy to make suggestions on what to do. Absolutely a 5 star stay.

Live like a local in this great little hidden gem in Haarlem. Harvey was very friendly and very helpful with lots of local recommendations. Loved the art on the walls and the fruit and welcome card.

Chantal's place is perfect for a city break, weekends stayover, or a romantic getaway. Location is positioned in a semi central quiet area, 10-15 min walk from the main square in Haarlem. The interiour design and balcony and outside terrace are wonderful! Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful week in Harleen in Tabitha's apartment. The apartment is super cozy, bright, spacious with a very nice garden. Tabitha was a super kind host, she provided us with useful information on the spot and was always available for every need. Recommended!

One of the best Airbnb stays I've ever experienced, Anthony was a fantastic host and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The house is beautiful and wonderfully equipped with everything you need. The location couldn't be better, an easy 10 minute walk to Haarlem station but also a 5 minute walk to 2 supermarkets and an organic food store (which is so helpful for any travelers with dietary requirements!). I stayed here with my elderly parents who find travel a bit difficult, and I can't praise Anthony enough for being so accommodating and responsive throughout our whole stay. We felt so welcome and at home, which set the tone for the entire trip! Thank you Anthony!!

Irina is a lovely host. She is very caring and made sure we had everything we needed. The bed is very cozy and the kitchen has all the essentials. Her apartment is striking architecturally and in a great location surrounded by fun shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying with Irina.

Wonderful place. It is both private and peaceful and walkable to great shopping, restaurants, historical places, and a 30 minute bike ride to the beach. The house is small by American standards, but so well thought-out and optimized that it does not feel small at all, on the contrary even, it feels homey and inviting. The decor is warm and graceful, and the house breathes of family joy.

Despite the weather, we had a great time and definitely had a great time! The beds were lovely, the shower was fine and everything we needed was present – even for music. The fridge and freezer worked perfectly and the atmosphere was really very pleasant. One small downside: in the small room we miss bedside lamps, which would make it a little more complete. And of course, it's unfortunate that the weather wasn't right, because with sun it is probably completely enjoyable there on the water. There is not much to do in the area, but for us that was not a problem – it certainly did not spoil our fun. In short: we have enjoyed it!* Kind regards, the Keezen girls

What a gorgeous, well appointed house. There was a supermarket nearby and bus stop to get into the centre of Haarlem which was beautiful and very interesting with so many things to see and do. Hosts were very welcoming, wine, waffles and chocolate on arrival! Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for a wonderful weekend break.

Perfect location for a weekend trip to Haarlem. The flat is beautiful and located right in the city center with close proximity to attractions and restaurants in town. Stan is a very kind and helpful host, so highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a getaway in Haarlem.

Monique's place is very nice. It's a modern remodel of an older building. Very tastefully done with lots of attention to detail and high quality modern appliances and fixtures. The courtyard is great to hang out in when the weather is good. And it is walking distance to the various sights around Haarlem. Of course there are some trade-offs with older buildings. The stairs are quite steep and the WC's are not spacious. But that's part of staying in charming places like Haarlem. Also, it's nice to visit Amsterdam from the more quiet retreat of Haarlem.

Yafit and Jerry’s apartment was everything we wanted and more! Such a beautiful spot and well equipped. Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the outdoor seating area after a long day of sight seeing in Amsterdam. On our first day we explored Zaandam on foot and on the bikes provided at the apartment. We visited nearby Zaanse Schans which was great! The other two days we spent sightseeing in Amsterdam which was easy to reach on the train. We loved our trip and we would happily stay here again!

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.

Perfect stay! The house is cozy, clean and well furnished, exactly as in the photos. It's in a quiet area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has allowed us to prepare meals like at home. The host was kind and helpful, he gave us great tips on what to visit and where to eat. Highly recommended, we'd love to come back!

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.

My thanks to Wilma and family for their friendliness and being so helpful. I have had a most wonderful time. Will miss the farm and the animals. I wish them huge success with their dairy farm.
