Second time staying at Michel’s. The location is really easy to reach from the airport. This is an important factor for me because my flight was very early in the morning and I could easily get the bus that take me to the airport from there. As there’s always bus to go to the airport, from there, I could continue my trip to the central easily as well. The surrounding area is calm and quiet. There was a forest close to there with a lake and sandy shore, all just one bus stop. The room and the house are well prepared by Michel. Overall, I had a good stay.

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, good shower and nice room with plenty of natural light and fresh air. It is a short walk to grocery stores and bus stops. April provided suggestions for places for me to visit during my stay.

Amir was an excellent host. He will respect your need for privacy when needed but also he's also happy to chat at length about shared interests. The apartment is conveniently located near a shopping centre and the two neighbouring tram lines run straight into the centre of Amsterdam. Thanks for letting us share your space, Amir!

My stay in Bastiaan's place was a wonderful experience. The communication with the host was easy and reliable as Bastiaan was very responsive and replied to my messages within the hour, while being proactive in recommending activities and locations. Also, Bastiaan is very friendly and speaks very good english - easing communication. The flat is as advertised, being tidy and inviting, as especially kitchen and bathroom are clean and in very good condition. The flat is large enough to support 1-4 guests comfortably, as there exist a double bed, a pull out bed and a large comfortable couch to sleep. Journey to and from Amsterdam was a bit cumbersome and time-consuming (30-45m) but possible also after midnight, allowing for personal flexibility. Haarlem is a peaceful town with good opportunities for walks, bicycle rides and trips to the seaside, as well as easy grocery shopping options as well as cafes. I warmly recommend the flat for everyone and for any length of stay!

Mike was an awesome host and was very helpful overall. The place itself is a shared apartment with other guests that live in the house. Overall really nice place and description accurate I will say.

Dorine was a great host, very responsive and happy to help. Check in went very smoothly even though we arrived late in the night. Place was very clean, had everything we needed and looked like in the photos. Highly recommended!

This apartment was wonderful! Clean, modern, comfortable, convenient, with everything you need. The pleasant host met with us to give us a tour and recommendations. Very cute little 3rd level apartment, historic and authentic but also contemporary. The spiral staircase was nice too, not as steep and narrow as traditional European homes. Right on the outskirts of city center, minutes away from everything, including the train station. Plenty of restaurants and lots of shopping, a few local museums and other activities. Or just take the train 20 mins to Amsterdam. We would definitely stay here again!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Trotz dass der Host mit seiner Familie in der Unterkunft wohnt, hat er uns unsere Privatsphäre gelassen. Oneal ist zuvorkommend und immer gut erreichbar gewesen. Auch ein flexibler Check-in war möglich. Zu unserer Abreise hat er uns ne Kleinigkeit zu Naschen mitgegeben, was sehr aufmerksam war. Danke nochmal dafür :)

We had a great stay in Amsterdam in Adam’s place. The location is very central and walkable all around. The place is quiet and you can enjoy a small balcony. I recommend.

Super séjour chez Jeroen pour visiter Amsterdam.

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung von der man abends einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Beachbars liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Pluspunkt ist der zur Wohnung gehörende und auf dem Grundstück liegende Parkplatz. Wir können das stilvoll eingerichtete Beachhouse auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Gospodarz wypełnił lodówkę niespodziewanym poczęstunkiem napojami oraz winem, co nas miło zaskoczyło. W mieszkaniu było dużo miejsca, było ogólnie ładnie. Troszkę zmarzłam w nocy, ale w gorące dni będzie super. Słychać było kroki mieszkających nad nami oraz jak ktoś używa wodę, ponieważ dom jest dawno wybudowany. Napewno bardzo ładny ogródek. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny Gospodarz.

Super logement propre et accueillant ! La terrasse est géniale et très spacieuse. Point bonus les draps sentaient très bon la lessive. Je recommande à 100% :)

Brian was great from beginning to end. We got instructions for finding the keys in a lock box, got into the apartment and immediately felt at home. Clean, light, airy and comfortable. Brian gave us local restaurant recommendations that were perfect. And quickly responded when I couldn't figure out the washing machine. It was seamless from beginning to end. The location is perfect for long canal walks, exploring a fun area of the city and close to bus and tram lines to get you whereever you want to go. Highly recommend!

Sehr schnuckelige Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin Janneke ist sehr zuverlässig und schnell zu erreichen. Fußläufig zum Strand und der Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Empfehlenswert

Sehr schönes Apartment, tolle Lage, tolle Gastgeber, sehr hundefreundliche Gegend. Wir hatten leider nur Pech mit dem Wetter - leider mehr Regen wie Sonne aber kommen gerne wieder und hoffen dann auf schöneres Wetter :)

Sehr schönes, stylisches Airbnb. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Lage ist auch gut. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und unkompliziert. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und sie antworteten immer sofort. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We had a perfect stay. Thank you for hosting us. We spent a extended weekend in the Netherlands. We could also use the bikes to get to the beach or to the train station. Perfect communication and recommendations.

The place was amazing. It was far bigger than we anticipated. It was homey. It was full of really great furnishings and art. All of the amenities were there and the place felt really comfortable. It was close to the best of Haarlem. Steps to the Franz Hal Museum, the centre of town and great restaurants. This is a great place to stay in a really great city.

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. In der direkt darunter liegenden Bar war immer gute Stimmung. Den Haag und Zandvoort mit Strand und Rennstrecke sind mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt. Abends war es zum Wochenende etwas lauter aber im Rahmen, für uns war es kein Problem :) vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft!

Estelle was brilliant - we told her we were going to a concert in Amsterdam and before we even flew out, she told us what buses to take to get to the venue. She was happy to give us recommendations when we asked and responded quickly. Lovely apartment, clean and nicely decorated. Quiet area, bus into Haarlem centre is very close by and there's a supermarket about a 10min walk. Would happily stay again!

We had an excellent stay and really felt at home. We liked the view of the water and the short distance to the city center. The flat was well equipped and fitted our expectation perfectly.

Very nice space with great characteristics, easy to walk to cafe, restaurants and supermarket. It is spacious and easy to navigate for the three of us. Only reminder if ppl have heavy suitcases, like many other European apts, it has tight spiral staircases.
