Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Our family just spent a week in Chris’s home while visiting Munich and Bavaria. It was the perfect home base for taking the train into Munich (station is a 2-minute walk down the street), as well as day trips we took to drive to Fussen, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg. The home was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Many extra amenities and items were provided, we felt right at home! Chris was available to meet us in person but we opted to do a later check in to tour Dachau on our way, so he sent me very detailed videos and instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox and how to work the cooktop, lights, instructions for recycling etc. We loved the restaurant recommendations Chris gave and ate at both the local German restaurant/biergarten and Italian restaurant twice each. Both a quick (5 minutes or less) walk from the house. The house worked perfectly for our family of 5 - plenty of room to spread out and room for more. The extra half bath was nice to have as well!

Wir hatten einen tolle Zeit in dem Haus von Annika und Nicolai. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gewählt für alle die ein Auge für Kunst und Design haben gibt es viel zu sehen. Auch der Balkon ist sehr gemütlich und läd zum verweilen ein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut zu erreichbar und gaben gute Tips für Restaurants. Auch halfen sie direkt als ein Licht nicht mehr ging. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A lovely place to stay. We loved spending time on the patio and looking out at the beautiful view. Lots of space to relax in. All the bedrooms are stunning and spacious. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Munich.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Prima Aufenthalt mit in einer schicken Wohnung.

El departamento estaba muy bien cuidado con todos los detalles de decoración, tenía microondas, tostadora, pava eléctrica, cocina eléctrica, todo impecable. Karin es muy meticulosa con los detalles de confort. Tiene un jardín hermoso. Fue fácil el ingreso porque los anfitriones viven allí, están siempre que los necesites. Tuvimos un problema con nuestros lentes (se rompió el armazón) y el esposo de Karín se esforzó mucho por arreglarlo, un encanto de personas. Es muy recomendable, con gusto volvería.

Phenomenal stay in Anzing. Beautiful house, and fantastic amenities. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. Also love the surroundings and the birdsong in the morning! Extremely responsive and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer schönen, blitzsauberen Wohnung in einer ruhigen und doch zentralen Lage. Due Kommunikation lief schnell und freundlich. Alles bestens.

Hôtes incroyables , ils répondent très rapidement et sont arrangeants. Ils ont même pensé à me laisser la Clim un peu avant que j’arrive pour pas que j’ai trop chaud. Leurs explications étaient très claires ce qui a rendu l’accès au logement très simple. Le logement est idéalement situé , non loin de la grande gare de Munich , pas loin du centre , il y a de nombreux restaurants dans le quartier et de petites magasins. C’était très très propre , il y a tout le nécessaire à disposition et + encore ! La Clim était un vrai + compte tenu de la chaleur sur Munich , et le balcon est très agréable il nous fait sentir en dehors de la ville. Je recommande et reviendrais !

Susanne ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Man hat alles was man braucht in der Wohnung - sogar eine Terrasse. Beim checkout habe ich leider einen Teil meiner Kleidung im Schrank vergessen - ich wurde direkt nochmal kontaktiert und hatte die Möglichkeit, zurück zu kommen und meine Sachen noch schnell zu holen. 1000 Dank dafür !

Ich war hier ein paar Tage mit meiner 1,5 Jahre alten Tochter. Susanna hat extra Kindergeschirr, ein Kinderhandtuch und eine Spielkiste mit Lego Duplo bereitgestellt - super! Hab mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Was ebenfalls bemerkenswert war, dass es trotz Dachgeschoss angenehm kühl war (im Juni). Man kann die Wohnung komplett abdunkeln - auch wichtig mit Kind. Ansonsten war alles sauber, geräumig und es war alles da, was man so braucht. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon aus in die Berge und ist auch sehr schnell da. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

War mein erstes Airbnb und kam bei den beiden super zurecht. War alles sehr einfach und hat bei den beiden von allein funktioniert.

Realmente recomiendo mucho este hospedaje, lo tome previo a un vuelo de regreso a casa y se encuentra a sólo 15 minutos del aeropuerto. el hospedaje es extraordinario, muy cómodo, lleno de detalles que te hacen sentir bienvenido. la casa se nota renovada recientemente y todo funciona a la perfección. los anfitriones fueron muy amables en todo momento. un río pasa por la parte de atrás de la propiedad y hay mucho verde. En resumen la casa de Karl es una excelente opción para cualquiera que se desea hospedar cercano al aeropuerto.

Le logement de Susanne à Murnau est très chaleureux. Par beau temps, la vue sur les Alpes est magnifique et la petite terrasse devant est très agréable. Nous avons effectué la majorité des trajets à pieds entre le studio et la gare de Murnau, c'est faisable et le chemin est agréable, mais il faut aimer marcher (environ 30' jusqu'au centre de Murnau et 40' jusqu'à la gare). Proche de l'appartement, il y a une dame qui propose des massages thaï. Nous en avons profité et avons apprécié.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement qui correspondait tout à fait à notre besoin pour ce déplacement professionnel

Die Wohnung ist super, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert und wir durften am Tag der Abreise unser Gepäck stehenlassen, sodass wir noch einen Tag am See verbringen konnten. Rainer ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das bereitgestellte Obst, der Sekt zur Begrüßung und die Süßigkeiten waren sehr lieb. Wir wären wirklich gerne länger geblieben - wenn es uns nochmal an den Schliersee verschlägt, kommen wir gerne wieder in diese Wohnung!

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We would enjoy staying at your home again someday.

Das Vogelgezwitscher weckt dich morgens und den ersten Kaffe trinkst du auf dem Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne während im Teich das Wasser plätschert. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Johannas grünen Oase. Die Wohnung ist chic eingerichtet mit tollen Farben und geschmackvoller Deko. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - Scharfe Messer und gut erhaltene Utensilien. Arbeiten funktioniert mit dem vorhandenen WLAN die meiste Zeit. In München ist man mit dem Auto in unter 30min.

Andrea est une personne réactive à nos interrogations avant l'arrivée dans le logement : utilisation des transports à Munich, indications pour arriver au logement et sur les commerces alentours, grande plage horaire d'arrivée (appréciable lorsqu'on vient de loin ! ). Le logement était propre, lumineux, très bien équipé. Andrea est une personne sympathique et prête à rendre service. Merci pour ce très agréable séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Check-in lief super easy. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie beschrieben. Julija war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Alles lief reibungslos – kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
