We loved our stay at this house. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kids loved the downstairs entertainment room. They had a blast playing music and dancing. The neighborhood was really nice. We walked to a park a short distance away. It had a playground and skateboard riding park. We really enjoyed our stay.

It’s hard to know where to start so I’ll go inside out. All of the bedrooms were spectacular especially the master. The bathrooms are clean and up-to-date, luxurious! The kitchen was spacious and modern. I even took pictures for some inspiration for my own house. TVs in almost every room was very convenient and the living room was fantastic. Now moving to the outside, the pool was spectacular. The hot tub was great. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Not to mention the fact that the land landscaping was beautiful as well. Sitting on the back porch, enjoying a morning cup of coffee was a great start to the day. The neighborhood was pleasant, quiet, and very family friendly. The Host was exceptional. I hadn’t mentioned that I drive an EV and one of the reasons I picked this location is because it has a charger. When I got there, I messaged the host and he was very responsive and came out the next day to hook it up. 5 stars!!! We would definitely rebook when visiting again!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool—clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The location was great—peaceful but still close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went perfectly. Highly recommend this Airbnb, especially if you’re looking for a place with a great pool and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house was very spacious and perfect for my son’s graduation party. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and secluded—an ideal setting for our event. The hosts were great communicators and even set up extra tables inside and out, which was a huge help. We couldn’t use the pool or outdoor games due to rain, but the party was still a success. Highly recommend for gatherings!

minutes away from everything, less than an hour to downtown ATL. big, roomy space. wifi wasn't the best but only bothered my gamers at times. only things I wished it had was a dresser for clothes, although plenty of closet space so not a huge deal and tvs in every bedroom. Only living room and master room had tvs, and one outside which was cool! Otherwise quiet, nice, relaxing place to stay!!

Sweet Acres was a peaceful getaway spot. The house was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. Mike and Becky are very responsive and kind. We loved our stay.

The home was everything that was advertised. Kids had fun in the pool. Had nearby family for barbecue. Location was perfect for the Buford Highschool graduation and Lake Lanier party and of course the mall.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. We felt right at home and the outdoors kept us busy with much to do in the pool, jacuzzi and beautiful lake scenery. We even took a nice walk in the neighborhood. Game room was very fun. We played lots of pool games. Beautiful and unique decorations inside. Very clean rooms. Loved the spacious kitchen. We cooked a lot. Our dog enjoyed the fenced yard and the ability to roam around freely. The host was very sweet and responsive / proactive. Cons: - Color of the pool was green rather than blue. - Pool didn’t heat as high as we liked it to. - We preferred making our own coffee rather than the individual coffees that were provided. Bring your own traditional machine if that’s what you prefer. Overall, an amazing stay!

Amazing! We had to stay out of our home on the fly and her house couldn’t have been more perfect. We truly don’t want to leave! It is cozy but it’s got beautiful high ceilings that give turn of the century farmhouse. The porch was a great spot to spend the mornings and it was beautiful out of every door! Would absolutely stay here or have family stay here when they’re in town. Just adored it!

Quynh's residence was absolutely the best choice we could have made! We had family fly in from overseas and they were very impressed with the residence and how comfortable the home was along with the various things to do within 10 mins of the home! Quynh was very friendly and was available/proactive with any questions we had. We highly recommend Quynh's home for a family stay!

What a great place to stay. The kitchen is very open and easy to move about and cook in. The front porch with comfortable rocking chairs was a great place to drink my coffee in the morning while watching the horse and sheep play in the paddock. Large TVs in the living room and master were great to watch and unwind when the sun went down. The new Chick fil A opened on the second day of our stay and is only a half mile away. Mamas tacos is also in the same area and was delicious. Unfortunately we lost hot water on the last night but even then Francisco was immediately responsive and working on getting it checked and repaired. I would stay here again any time. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect place to host my family while they were in town. It’s tucked away in a nice neighborhood. The home decor was gorgeous and the supply of appliances made it easy to cook at home. Lots of cool extras in the garage for youth and the bedrooms on the main floor was great for our older family members

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless — from the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room, and dining room — and everything was beautifully maintained. It was well stocked with cleaning supplies and toiletries, and all the appliances were in perfect working order. Four of us came into town for a conference -and this place was perfect. House was spotless, comfortable, and close to anything & everything we needed. Communication and interaction with host was excellent. If you need a place to stay in this area... couldn't recommend it more.

Our stay at this home was amazing! The neighborhood where the Airbnb is located was quiet and peaceful, but still close to an area where there are a lot of activities and restaurants/stores to visit. Cecilia is a great host. The house was pristine and looked just like the pictures in the listing. There were plenty of clean linens and extra pillows which we enjoyed. Check-in and check-out was simple as well. I would definitely book this listing again for future trips to the area.

The location was great for my travel events. I was here for graduation and a visit with my brother and his family. I was 6 minutes from the arena where the graduation was held and 12 minutes from my brother. Everything was convenient. Debbie had a notebook with information inside to answer all anticipated questions.

This was me and family 1st time staying @ a AirBNB and it was a great experience that we would definitely do again. Our host home was very clean, peaceful and quiet. I definitely was very impressed with the response time whenever I had a question. Hopefully my next host and stay will be as great as this was. High marks for 1st experience!!!

The house was everything as advertised-vacationed in the area with my husband, daughter and 6 year old grandson visiting Stone Mountain and Aquarium. Convenient location, though the neighborhood seemed a bit run down. The house itself was obviously upgraded and set up well, very neat and clean. The communication with the owner was appreciated. We enjoyed the space to be able to hang out together!

A beautiful home away from home. A very short drive to everything we needed. Quite neighborhood, just all around outstanding location. Will definitely book again if possible.
