Guest house holiday rentals in Gwinnett County

This is my second stay at Grace’s and I got to enjoy more of the great walkability to downtown Decatur during a longer visit. The location is so convenient and quiet at night despite the busy road because the apartment is set back behind her house. It feels very safe too. I’d definitely recommend staying at Grace’s when visiting Atlanta.

I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and always responded quickly, making check-in and check-out super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My husband and I had a long weekend away to attend a graduation party nearby. Karen’s place worked out great for us. We got some time by the lake and spoke with her and Tom. Everything was lovely. We would stay again if we are back in the area.

Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

One of our best Airbnb experiences. Even better than advertised; clean, well stocked (bfast bars too), new (not slightly used or worse) utensils-pans-coffee maker-etc., comfy beds, pretty furniture, lots of new towels, and last but not least...a boat dock w/ a canoe AND rocking chairs (thx Tom). Well maintained property in a wonderful n'hood. Quiet-peaceful lake living!!! We'll be back!

The place was exactly as described—clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed and easy to get around. Our host was responsive and friendly. Sean made things easy — clear communication from initial booking. It was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. I could walk most anywhere I wanted to go. It was a nice atmosphere and would definitely stay there again.

The best B&B I have ever stayed in hands down will always come back to them if needed one of the best understanding people that you can rent from everything you see in the picture is everything you’re gonna see when you get there they got the two cutest little dogs ever, and it was the best people like I said that I ever rented fromI give them a 20 out of five stars meaning go book through them and they would not lead your wrong

This is our second time here. We really enjoyed the homemade cookies! They are such a nice touch. The place is well stocked with games for the kids. We enjoyed playing pool as well! I was so happy to see the tea kettle in the kitchen. As a tea drinker it was a very nice touch. The place was clean and well maintained. The owner was very attentive to all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again!

I can’t recommend this place enough! The home was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the host truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We stayed during Hurricane Helene, and the host made sure we were fully prepared with a flash light, batteries, water and etc to ensure our safety and peace of mind. Their kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. This host should absolutely be a Superhost. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent most of the time exploring Gwinnett county where there are lots to do. Our place was very clean and easy to check in and out of.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to all our events. When we had down time it was very peaceful. Love all the birds, flowers and nature. The rooms were large. It was so relaxing.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking, washing. The rooms were as nice as the pictures. Bathrooms were very nice and the pool was always clean and ready for the morning swim. The welcome from Jacquil was the best. I felt like she was family and I would recommend her home to anyone I know. My next time coming to ATL, I will be contacting Jacquil.

Betsy’s place is a great spot for visiting our family in the neighborhood. It’s a great location in a quiet neighborhood near Decatur.

Cindy & Storm's house was my most favorite AirBnB experience so far. The house was much bigger than the pictures can capture. It had had a great layout for my party of 7 (which included 3 kids), with plenty of common space and space for privacy and quiet. There were tons of thoughtful touches, games for the kids, and clear instructions that helped us find everything we need. It was impeccably clean, which I thought was impressive given the size of the place. We also loved watching the many varieties of birds from the back porch! Also, the hosts clearly have thought a lot about accessibility, and I appreciated all the accessibility features of the house. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Nice place close to Atlanta and Stone Mountain

A really nice comfortable place. It's very quite. Love how responsive the host was. She answered any question I had in a timely manner. Will definitely book again.
