Our favorite location for friends and family gathering! This time was even better than the last, which we didn’t think possible! It is clean and the owner recently made some updates to the house. The backyard is the star of the show. Beautiful pool with a lovely deck allowed us to enjoy the long awaited warm weather. I could spend all day out there. We were able to gather comfortably and create amazing memories with our friends and family whom we do not see often. Between the pool table and fire pit, this is the perfect getaway. The Publix is 3 minutes away and lots of restaurants close by, super convenient. The host and co host are amazing as well. It’s always a positive experience speaking with them. They’re very sweet, professional, and responsive! They were ready at anytime to offer assistance. Thank you for providing a fun space for us to catch up with old friends and family.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay . Tiffany was very responsive and supportive during my visit ! She was just one call away and when something was needed if i couldn’t fix it ( tv connection ) she was able or would’ve came ! Great host great stay and I’d definitely stay again

We had a great stay! The house was very spacious and perfect for my son’s graduation party. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and secluded—an ideal setting for our event. The hosts were great communicators and even set up extra tables inside and out, which was a huge help. We couldn’t use the pool or outdoor games due to rain, but the party was still a success. Highly recommend for gatherings!

The photo do not do this place justice. This house was so special. The interior design was full of repressed, and uncalled materials. To top it all off Jauxniece was the best host, warm, friendly, responsive, helpful, the list goes on. She did everything make our stay as wonderful as it could be. Words can't express how memorable our stay was. Thank you for sharing your home with my family and I. It felt like we went into a time capsule back to the 70s enjoying all the southern charm Georgia homes had to offer. We'd love to come back before the summer is over. We'll see. You really have something special here. Beds were really comfortable. The pool house was so fun with all the activities and the rain shower with the 3 shower heads, yes! You truly put a lot of thought into every single part of the house. We wish you all the best success with your places. ❤️

minutes away from everything, less than an hour to downtown ATL. big, roomy space. wifi wasn't the best but only bothered my gamers at times. only things I wished it had was a dresser for clothes, although plenty of closet space so not a huge deal and tvs in every bedroom. Only living room and master room had tvs, and one outside which was cool! Otherwise quiet, nice, relaxing place to stay!!

Sweet Acres was a peaceful getaway spot. The house was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. Mike and Becky are very responsive and kind. We loved our stay.

The home was everything that was advertised. Kids had fun in the pool. Had nearby family for barbecue. Location was perfect for the Buford Highschool graduation and Lake Lanier party and of course the mall.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much care and attention went into every detail. The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and truly felt like a luxury getaway. It was peaceful, spacious, and located in a lovely, convenient neighborhood. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, which made everything even smoother. One of our favorite parts was the bathtub—it was so relaxing and just what I needed. Even though we didn’t spend much time on the patio, it was a lovely touch and added to the overall charm of the place. This home provided the perfect space for me and my family to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We truly appreciated the comfort and care, and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend

What a great place to stay. The kitchen is very open and easy to move about and cook in. The front porch with comfortable rocking chairs was a great place to drink my coffee in the morning while watching the horse and sheep play in the paddock. Large TVs in the living room and master were great to watch and unwind when the sun went down. The new Chick fil A opened on the second day of our stay and is only a half mile away. Mamas tacos is also in the same area and was delicious. Unfortunately we lost hot water on the last night but even then Francisco was immediately responsive and working on getting it checked and repaired. I would stay here again any time. Highly recommended!

María and Roberto’s home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so welcoming! They live in the duplex next door and were such sweet hosts. They even offered toys for my kiddos to play with during our stay, making it a perfect family rental. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Brennan was such an awesome host. I had reached out to her as I was having my wedding in Atlanta, and mentioned to her all the necessary information, and she was absolutely amazing. I had mentioned to her that photographers would come to take photos and she even went the extra mile to put more mulch after we arrived so that the photos would look more amazing. She made me feel so welcome, calm, and special as a bride. The house was beautiful and pristine and exactly like pictured. I would highly recommend Brennan and her home!!

I enjoyed every bit of my stay. My family and friends were amazed at how homely this place felt. Everything needed to make you feel at home was available. We hosted few friends to a wine and dine with us, and were pleased with the home as well. I will book this place over and over again. The host is a rare gem who is at your beck and call all round the clock to answer questions or provide support. The host deserves hospitality award.

Four of us came into town for a conference -and this place was perfect. House was spotless, comfortable, and close to anything & everything we needed. Communication and interaction with host was excellent. If you need a place to stay in this area... couldn't recommend it more.

The location was great for my travel events. I was here for graduation and a visit with my brother and his family. I was 6 minutes from the arena where the graduation was held and 12 minutes from my brother. Everything was convenient. Debbie had a notebook with information inside to answer all anticipated questions.

This was the perfect place to host my family while they were in town. It’s tucked away in a nice neighborhood. The home decor was gorgeous and the supply of appliances made it easy to cook at home. Lots of cool extras in the garage for youth and the bedrooms on the main floor was great for our older family members

This was me and family 1st time staying @ a AirBNB and it was a great experience that we would definitely do again. Our host home was very clean, peaceful and quiet. I definitely was very impressed with the response time whenever I had a question. Hopefully my next host and stay will be as great as this was. High marks for 1st experience!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless — from the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room, and dining room — and everything was beautifully maintained. We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were perfect. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a group of 5 women and the home was very clean and modern. Tran was very responsive and communicated with us from the start to the end of the trip. Highly recommended!
