It was a stay that met expectations, consistent with photos and descriptions that we didn't have any surprises. Mr. Nihat was a warm and responsive host.

The place was very clean and well decorated – you immediately felt at home. Everything was as on the pictures and in a very well maintained condition. The contact with Julia was excellent, she was always available and very friendly. If I am back in Izmir, I will definitely stay there again. Clear recommendation!

We were in Izmir Konak for 5 days. Our stay in the apartment was very nice, we were very satisfied. Everything as described in the ad, expectations as in the photos, it was all perfect. The hosts Ms. Tülin and Ms. Hazal were very nice, friendly, helpful. The apartment was very well maintained, clean, there was everything you need from A-Z. The location is right in the center of Izmir-Alsancak, you can walk everywhere. Thank you again for everything.

Very close to the art street on foot in terms of location. The patio of the house is very pleasant. All the needs were considered. We enjoyed it a lot, we didn't even want to leave the house:) We also had no problems communicating with the host.

Among all my travels, Mr. Burhan's house was definitely the best quality, the most "homely", the most friendly, the most comfortable and definitely the cleanest. The house is designed to cover and accommodate everything you need. 5 ultra-luxurious rooms, each with a separate bathroom and toilet, were delivered sparkling clean. The housekeepers are available 24 hours a day to respond to your support requests and fulfill almost any request. Mr. Burhan asked if we had a request every day, and he was incredibly helpful. Every part of the house is designed with a sense of luxury. From the 100" TV in the living room to the pool ceramics, even the finest details are equipped with the highest quality products. Confidentiality and privacy are highly valued. The security of the house is very well provided. I will choose Mr. Burhan's house without hesitation for my future travels in the future.

Very nice apartment close to the clocktower. It was clean and well equipped. The communication with Murat was easy and he was super friendly. The sleeping rooms do not have windows to the outside but there is air conditioning. I can recommend to stay there.

Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

It’s a lovely, traditional house—wood floors and ceilings that we loved. We walked to see the sights and to restaurants. The place is on a steep hill, so walking back from restaurants there was a workout! We really enjoyed the place though.

We had a very pleasant week in the comfort of home with our 3 children. The house is extremely comfortable, the pool is clean and sufficient. It is far from the crowds of the center, but also close enough to go in a few minutes by car. It is a peaceful place. We recommend it especially for families with children. We would also like to thank our host Mr. Selcuk for his accurate and prompt communication.

I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay.
