Holiday rentals with beach access in Güzelbahçe

The house was sparkling clean. All the items were sufficient.

There were all kinds of items we might need at home. It's a very stylish and meticulously decorated, clean and very comfortable house. The lemon tree and seating area in the garden also added a special pleasure to our holiday. We would like to thank Ms. Ceyda for her interest.

the house is very clean and all the rooms are very useful , there are no tools that do not work, everything is very new and easy to use. the location of the house is nice, you can easily go to the desired places, it is quiet and nice in terms of privacy. the host, Mr. Gunhan, was kind and helpful , and I was curious about the fact that there were sun loungers, so they bought 2 of the most beautiful sun loungers the next day, thank you. i wish you the satisfaction of those who will go

Ms. Gülcan is a perfect hostess, from the communication she established to the needs at home, from the advice she gave to the cleanliness of the house. We loved him very much. We also loved the house. An animal-friendly house and neighborhood, very well thought out, including the landscaping of the garden. It is very close to the sea and the center. Access to everything you need is very easy, people and neighbors are incredibly sweet and loving. If we want to be in Urlada on our next trip, we will definitely choose it again.

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

We stayed as 6 adults and 2 children. The rooms and bed linens were extremely clean. The house is quite spacious and met all our basic needs. Its location, very close to Art Street and large markets, was a great advantage. We also had no problems with parking. Only the internet connection (Wi-Fi) was missing, but it did not affect the overall comfort. We would like to thank Mr. Tuğrul and Mr. Doğan for their sincere approach and the quality service they provided.

I've had Airbnb experiences in different cities in different countries before, but this is the first time I've encountered a home with so many thoughtful guests. The structure of the house itself is beautiful, and it was nice that it provided complete service with the guest in mind. Thanks to Ms. Gül, she asked how we were and our satisfaction every day. The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. Since we arrived with our own vehicle, we did not have any transportation problems. The location is also very good. The proximity to the sea, the garden, the interior of the house were great. In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.
