We rented it for 6 friends for the weekend. Everything was as described and we had everything we needed at home. We were a little surprised that there was no air conditioning at home, but the house has a natural air conditioning, everywhere is breezy. We never felt the lack of air conditioning. Mr. Yiğit also took care of us very quickly, thank you. We will come again.

The amenities of the house were quite sufficient, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The equipment in the house is sufficient. A clean, tidy, peaceful place. A suitable place to rest your head. There is a sea view from a distance, but the sunset creates a super view from behind the pool and the olive tree in the garden. The pool's purification system probably makes a small rhythmic sound. It attracts attention because there is not much noise around. The host told us about the closing method, but we didn't close it. It's a great place to stay away from the city rush of Izmir.

The internet connection was fast and uninterrupted. We preferred to have a fire and sit in the evenings. We had a pleasant time without getting cold because the atmosphere of the area is softer than the pier and the center. Highly recommend. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.
