Villa holiday rentals in Güzelbahçe

For a group of 5 people it was a perfect stay - 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, the amenities, the views from windows/terraces and privacy feeling, modern household and great location, closeness to Urla center. It was indeed the perfect stay and definitely worth the money! The host was really helpful with suggestions and responsive to any questions we had, they had also 2 small dogs in territory who cheered our moods every time we met them :) when we will come back, would choose this villa again. And big thanks especially to Alpay!

The house was spacious, clean and safe as in the photos. The house had everything we needed. It was very enjoyable to have a barbecue in the garden. It was centrally located to reach the sea and cafes on the pier on foot. We were very satisfied.

The location of the house is to the sea and the market, etc. Very close to shopping and in a very decent neighborhood. The house has everything you'll need and more than enough. Mr. Koryan is very hospitable and we could reach him immediately every time we called, he gave very good advice. We had a great holiday as 3 women and 2 children. If I go to Urla again, I would like to stay in the same house.

We stayed one night with my friends. We contacted Ms. Ülkü and I was able to reach her whenever I wanted, thank you. The house was quite clean and beautiful, and the garden was also pleasant. We left with my friends very satisfied 😊

The garden is much larger and more spacious than the photos, and it was absolutely perfect for our two dogs. The host is very sweet and caring, and responded quickly to all our questions. We had a dream holiday in Urla Kuşçular! We came with a large group of friends and we all loved this house, the environment and the experience. Thanks to the useful structure of the house, its large and spacious areas, everyone was very comfortable, no one narrowed the space to each other. It was both stylish and warm like home. Everything was clean. The location of the house is really great. In the middle of the vineyard route, in nature, but also easy to get to wherever you need. We had our breakfast in the morning accompanied by the sounds of birds and enjoyed the pool during the day. In the evenings, we had a long chat under the stars. Ms. Burcu is a holiday comfort in herself. He was so caring, sweet and solution-oriented that… We were relieved before we even entered the door. There was nothing missing in the house, everything was carefully thought out. In short, we loved this house and this holiday. Before the holiday was over, we decided to say, "We are here every year!" We felt very special. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

The villa is very spacious and offered enough space for our group of six couples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything was very clean. Very friendly reception. Yasemin responded very quickly to our questions. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. There is plenty of crockery, pots, bowls and cutlery. Only the coffee cups and wine glasses were not enough for 12 people. Also at the dining table in the living room and at the garden table there are not enough chairs for 12 people, which is a shame. The villa is minutes from the Izmir-Cesme toll road, but is very quiet with a very large garden. We enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful pool. Thank you, Yasemin, for your hospitality!

We are so great with evetything

During this short-term stay, we had a very pleasant process in complete peace of mind, where every opportunity we needed was provided. We spent time in our own home during the holiday with the warm welcome and support of Ms. Güneş. Thank you so much for all the amenities provided. We would recommend this facility to everyone, which will be our priority for our stay in the Urla region again.

Gunes’s place was exactly what we needed. Resort like heaven 10 min drive from Urla İskele. Her and her partner have made sure we had a lovely stay. Their garden is well kept with beautiful tropical plants and flowers. Taking a nap in the hammock and swimming in the pool was the highlights of my time. And there is a cute cat in the garden comes say hi sometimes if you like animals. She is very well trained and behaved so She doesn’t bother you. I had to invite her to come play with us. Very peaceful and quiet place. I stayed there with one of my girlfriends but it’d be very romantic for honeymooners also so I’m going back with my boyfriend in couple weeks. Experiencing this beauty is a must.

It was a very enjoyable experience. The location is in a very nice place, 18 minutes by car to the farthest place, we stayed with our dog, completely surrounded by fences, an isolated and quiet neighborhood. At first, we were prejudiced because Mr. Secaattin lived on the ground floor of the house, but that was not the case. He and his wife are very sweet and helpful people. They also served us wine, which was great. It deserves its price in the neighborhood. The only problem is that it is not a place where someone without a car can come. But it is close to all the sea and food places in the center of Urla.

Ms. Ebru is really a very caring and warm host. She was very responsive to all kinds of questions before, during and after our stay and helped us with various suggestions. Their house was immaculate and quite tidy. We didn't encounter any disturbing details. We already understood on our first evening that we came to Urla and made one of the best choices for relaxing in a decent neighborhood and a great house. Thanks for everything.

The place was very beautiful, clean, and perfect to spend days in the pool chilling. Also very close to Urla center with a car. Buket was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. I would totally recommend!
