It has LIMITED views of the gulf from the private balcony. It's on the east side, 2nd floor & sleeps 3! This condo has newer appliances, tile floors, a new A/C & 40" tv. Must be 25 years of age to book.

The expansive condo complex is surrounded by sandy areas and features multiple pools, including a shallow kiddie pool. Lounge chairs are arranged around the pools, enhancing a communal relaxation space. The buildings have large balconies, and the roofs are finished with blue roofing tiles.
